Located at the outskirts of Allentown is this nice little plaza with plenty of parking. They have a fitness place, bagel shop, and Chinese restaurant along with some other shops. I mainly go here for Hunan Gardens and actually tried the Stonebridge Bagels today. Both places prepare the food on the spot so you are expecting fresh and hot. This place is not busy during the lunch hours on weekdays.
