Ham hocks, and a ridiculous section of smoked sausage and yummy mainly German other wursts. The meat guy took time to help us select the perfect additions to the sauerkraut we are making for New Year’s Day. He also explained some differences among the sausages that we were not aware of. We called in advance to reserve the ham hocks. The customer service on the phone and in the store were as professional as could be. (Note: we originally thought we could also get a bone-in pork roast here, but he cheerfully recommended the place across the way. I love businesses who promote other businesses!)
