It must have been close to closing because they were downright rude. Eventually got to someone who was a «manager». Re-arranged my whole bill because whomever did it 2 years prior ripped me off(from her mouth) and could have been saving me $ 30 a month this whole time. Bought my new S6 and my bill was going to be about $ 20 less a month. After the bad experience I though, well atleast my bill will be lower. Get my first bill and it’s $ 10 more a month! Seriously?! Called and complained, nothing they can do. I’ll never set foot back in that door and I’ll be done with Verizon when this contract expires.

Stopped in this evening looking to upgrade 4 phones, all with new 2 year contracts. The salesman(with neck tattoos) proceeded to basically berate me because I prefer Apple products over the Android OS(which I’ve had before and just don’t care for, but to each their own). I asked him questions about the latest Verizon Wireless promotion and he kept smirking and telling me that I was saying was wrong. A different salesperson walked by, whispered in his ear, and then he changed to basically saying that I was correct in the first place. He then said, «I don’t know how much you know about this technology type of stuff but the Apple stuff isn’t very good.» I guess because I’m a woman, I shouldn’t know anything about this«technology type of stuff.» I then told him that I actually do IT work for a living and prefer the Mac/iOS interfaces and operating systems. He continued to make comments and smirks until we finally just told him never mind and walked out. Maybe the other salespeople are fine, I don’t know. But I won’t go back to this store. If you go to this store and like Apple products, you may want to wait for a different salesperson. Ridiculous that he lost 4 new contracts when VZW is scrambling to attract people to long term contracts.
