Hertz Rent A Car

Rented a car from here for a few days and highly recommend! Very nice people (we dealt with two guys) and great rates. They even offer partial refund for a taxi to/​from. Thanks!

I’ve been coming here for years, as my business requires me to rent on a consistent basis. Everyone is nice and professional. Although the staff has rotated to other offices over the years, I have found them consistently professional. Over the most recent six months at this office, I’ve worked mostly with Ian and Briana who have both been great (as well as being really nice people). I’ve been at the office when it’s been filled with demanding customers, and the employees have done an amazing job of «juggling». All in all, a convenient and pleasant place to do business. All my my experiences with this site have been great. Every staff member there is considerate and very nice. I’ve rented a vehicle twice during this month and I haven’t had any issues. I hope this helpful for future renters.

I can’t even give them a star. I made this appointment with Hertz, as well as confirmed last Fri. They said they open at 7:30, I called beginning at 7:30 while at the auto body shop. I kept getting a recording stating it was outside business hours and they open at 7:30.
When I called the corporate number they told me they didn’t open till 8, I had to tell him not only did they confirm 7:30, but so does their answering machine.
I finally got through at 8:15, and was assured they were on their way to get me. Called again at 8:45 and was told someone was on the way.
It’s 9:05, they’re still not here, I’m now late for work, and according to google Maps, it’s a 2 minute drive from hertz to the shop where I’m waiting. And to make matters worse, 4 people have been picked up by enterprise, enterprise was even her for a pick up before the customer.
I will be contacting my insurance as well to make them aware of this issue.

I made a reservation to pick up a car at 12 noon on a Saturday. I was running about 5 minutes late so I called at 11:55 and said I would be 2 – 3 minutes late picking up my car. I spoke with Brianna who informed me that she and her coworkers would be leaving exactly at noon. I understand my reservation was at noon and I made it there at 12:03 — 3 minutes late, but I don’t think Hertz should allow noon reservations. Moreover, I think Brianna’s attitude/​tone and the way she handled the situation was awful. In my opinion she needs customer service training or she shouldn’t be in this field.

When I arrived they did not have a at ready and I had to wait about 20 minutes. I prepaid for the car so I thought it would be an easy in and out. When we finally got into the car the manager working said «sorry the inside is a little wet, do you want a roll of paper towels?» Not okay
When I went to return the car at the airport location it was very quick and easy, however they conveniently said he couldn’t print a receipt. When I looked up my credit card balance it looked like they had charged me an extra $ 30,
I called that day and the customer service rep didn’t care at all to help me out. I next went online to right a review on the her site and no one ever contacted me back.
This will be the last time I ever rent from any hertz

Does not accept after hours returns. You will be charged another day.
Rude service from mangers to the staff. My car had an old bloody bandage inside it.

Upon entering this establishment, I heard voices from behind the counter, «shhhhh look a customer»…it all went down hill from there.
I was getting my car detailed and needed a quick solution to bridge the 4hr gap it takes to get the detailing done, and run my errands.
They should change the name to «Hurts».
They quote me a rate.
Day after the return, my card is debited twice from what I was quoted originally.
I called to speak to the manager:
Hurts Employee: «Hello»
Me: «Hello, is this Hurts?»
Hurts Employee: «What do you need?»
Me: «My debit card was charged twice what I was quoted. Can you resolve this?»
Hurts Employee: «You need to call Texas to resolve the issue.»
It has been a week calling the number that is either busy, or rings forever — what a scam!

I will never ever rent a a car from here again. The people at this location have no kind of customer service end skills. Where do I begin… I had a rental car for 9 days. After giving me deposit down for the car everything was fine. Then all of a sudden I was charged anothe hundred and something dollars all because the rental agent could not pick up the phone and communicate my insurance company. I return the vehicle and was told it will be 24hrs before I can receive a refund. 24hrs went by and come to find out my paper work in was never closed out and paper I was given the wrong information.

Horrible experience. Unhelpful staff. They dont have enough cars as many reservation and their solution is bizzarre. Because i made my confirmed reservation less than 24 hrs ago, im now expected to wait till all reservations are fulfilled to then determine (which will take 45 mins) if there is a car for me. Thus I was told to wait for 45−1hr and could go without a car. Way to go hertz… i hope you guys go bankrupt as soon as possible.
And oh yes, another person who received a car, was told to wait cos they had to take the car to the gas station… This location is a hack… be aware!

We had a terrible experience from beginning to end. First, we made an online reservation from 9 AM Saturday to 9 PM Monday. We show up 9 AM and they say they have no cars and it would take an hour+ to get more from the distribution center.
Why would they run out of cars when they knew beforehand we had a reservation? They offer us a car with an expired registration, but that sounds really shady to me. We decline. After about 40 min, they then offer a company car after confirming the company wouldn’t need it for the weekend. They also give us $ 15 off for our trouble. Ok, that’s fine, and to be fair the guy who was helping us (Aaron) was nice. Aaron also confirmed with us many times that we’d be returning the car Monday 9 PM.
When we return the car, the location is closed. We call Hertz’s hotline to ask if we can use the express drop off box and they said yes, but we’d be charged an additional day. That’s unacceptable because our original reservation explicitly stated we would return the car at 9 PM, and Aaron even confirmed we could return then. We argue with the hotline person until they agree with us.
They should also install a small light and some pens on chains to their drop off box… We had to go across the street to borrow a pen from Sheesha Lounge.
Here’s the kicker: when they charge our credit card, the charge is double what they gave us on the receipt. When we call to ask why, they can’t give us any reason why they overcharged us and gave us a refund. They claim we’ll see the refund 3 – 4 weeks from now, here’s hoping they did it right…

Have had two mediocre experiences at this Hertz location.
First one was when arriving to pick up a regular rental car. They were understaffed (meaning ONE employee) and there was no one at the office at our pick-​up time because they were out dropping off another customer. Got on the road half an hour late due to this… nothing we could do.
Second was using the On Demand service. It is a pretty neat system, except that the commercial van I rented was blocked in by other cars when I arrived. It took 25 minutes to bring it to the front. If I hadn’t tried to pick it up during business hours, it would have been impossible. But it seems like the other On Demand vehicles don’t have this problem because they’re parked in the front.
My other complaint from this experience was that the van was DIRTY– garbage everywhere, soda cans, fast food wrappers, and a fine gray dust all over the back from some kind of construction material. Also, I got a parking ticket because its inspection was expired. Hertz said they would take care of it, but still, really soured me on the whole experience.
Unsure whether I’ll try renting from here again. Maybe the sedans are a better bet.

Fraud alert — I returned the rental with full tank and I got charged for a full tank of gas. I called them 4 times. Each time I called them, I was old that a refund was processed. I have never got a refund. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB in MA, which later told me that my complaint was passes to BBB Oklahoma, where Hertz is headquartered I believe. I am still to get a reply.
If possible, avoid the agency. If you ever rent a car from them, do not buy any options.

I LOVE these guys! Super professional, excellent customer service. They go out of their way to help. I was a regular Zipcar user but these guys converted me to their short term rental service. Coupons and regular deals make this an excellent choice.

Check out and return process is quick, easy, and pain less. The good thing about this location is that you can drop off the car even when they are closed. *You’ll get billed for it until their next open business day but it can save you some time and hassle. I came in on a Friday afternoon to rent a car for the weekend. The woman who helped me was really friendly. I also got a free vehicle upgrade because they didn’t have any vehicles that I had requested. In response to the Unilocaler who got her car towed, they now have very noticeable signs about where you can’t park in the parking lot. Also, there is free street parking.
