Let’s start by saying that this place has the worst customer service ever. The simply don’t care! I ordered a calzone and chicken finger with buffalo sauce. The order was delivered 2 hours later cold and greasy! The chicken was bot what I ordered. They put honey bbq sauce instead of making it with buffalo sauce. The calzone has no meat whatsoever. It is almost empty. I called the restaurant complaining about the delay and he gave me very lame excuses !! The delivery guy left the food without even calling me to inform me that the food was delivered! If I were you, I wouldn’t order from this place. They don’t care!

When we were in Boston, we heard so much about this place so decided to give it a try… and the result was really satisfying. The place is very convenient especially for groups. The Doner Calzone was amazing, we ordered another one after we taste it… As a New Yorker, I was happy with the regular pie also. It is very clean place not like many other pizza restaurants.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant the other night, and was pleased when they delivered on time and were very polite. My problems were with the food itself: I ordered the Ace of Club sandwich, 9 dollars with fries, and it came on pieces of cheap white bread that were stacked in such a way that made it hard and weird to eat. I could have gotten better and cheaper at a crap diner. The fries were decent, but I didn’t even bother with most of my sandwich… and I’m not the type to say no to food… like ever!

I’m not really sure I’ve met a pizza I didn’t like… until I was introduced to Inbound. I really hoped this place would be my pizza spot – having a pizza joint within walking distance from home that serves slices is the holy grail. I’ve come here on two separate occasions and tried both the pepperoni and the buffalo chicken slices, and each time I felt deeply unsatisfied. I can’t even really put my finger on what I don’t like about it. It just wasn’t that good. To put this in context, I’m totally fine with pizzas from all the major chains – Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s, even the cheap-o Hot ‘n’ Ready pizzas from Little Caesar’s – and this pizza just didn’t do it for me. There was nothing wrong with the service or anything else about my experience. I don’t love giving negative reviews on Unilocal, but in spite of the convenience factor I just can’t go back. If they ever re-tool their recipe, I’d be happy to give them another shot.

Is it Friday night and I’m exhausted after a long work week? Do I plan to surf the couch all evening and Netflix and chill? Will a pal potentially stop by and you’ll have a major vent session while inhaling wine? This is the purpose of Inbound Pizza — a Netflix and chill Friday night where you won’t be leaving the couch. Do yourself a favor and order the Buffalo Chicken Pizza with extra buff sauce, and a Greek salad. This will not be the best pizza of your life, but you’ll order it because you physically cannot get off the couch.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they delivered one pizza. The second pizza(cheese pizza) was for my toddler. They said they would replace it and deliver it within 30min and they never came. I called after 35 minutes to check on the status and they said it was on its way. They came well over 60min later and by that time I had fed my daughter something else. They were difficult on the phone, offered no apology and didn’t admit their mistake. I guess they don’t like customers, and they just lost one.

No one answered our calls, food never came. Someone answered once and hung up on us. Terrible place. The food was supposed to be here within 35 – 45 minutes, and that didn’t happen.

The best things are: the buffalo chicken pizza, the kafta sandwich and chicken kabab sandwich. Actually pretty much everything on the menu is good and priced reasonably. It’s not the best pizza, but it’s good. Just consistently good and the service is excellent. The owner is very nice too. I love the halal menu.

With every bite of my pizza, I had a new reason to hate this place. First of all, the dough tastes like it’s been sitting there all day and they found it in the back behind some old empty boxes, and said«Hey don’t let it go to waste just serve it to the next customer» and I conveniently happen to be that next customer. Second of all, they got my order wrong, so they charged me for extra ingredients that were not on the pizza. Third of all, I’m pretty sure at one point I was chewing cardboard with tomato sauce on it… But I couldn’t tell because the whole thing just tasted terrible. This is one of those places that makes money off of drunk people who are really hungry and don’t know what things taste like anymore. Unfortunately, I tasted it when I was sober. With the cost of delivery it came out to $ 22.50 for a medium pizza(remember though, they charged me for ingredients that weren’t on my pizza). That being said, even if I had to spend millions of dollars and the next twenty years of my life to build a time machine, I would still do it just so I could come back to this day and save that little piece of my soul that died this evening. All the other reviews say buffalo chicken so I guess, if you are dying for buffalo chicken order that instead because I have no idea why«Pizza» is part of their name.

Most convenient pizza & sub shop near my apartment so I come here occasionally. They are known for buffalo chicken pizza — slices are usually pretty good. Sometimes they have been sitting there for awhile but I am always satisfied. Full pizzas are probably better because they are fresh. Great place for late night. Subs are very average. The food in general is nothing special but sometimes the convenience trumps. Staff is tolerable from my experience and have had no issues. I would like to give 2.5 stars but will round up to 3.

Buffalo chicken is really really delicious here. It is right by the t station, very easy to go. In boston, to find a place to eat after 9pm is a problem, inbound is the one you find at that time. It is little expensive but i still prefer to go

This place is ok. I got an Italian sub but the first order was done wrong because of communication problems at the register. The girl’s English was poor. When she read the payment amount she said it was 31 dollars! Yikes… she meant 13… I had ordered an Italian with Tomatoes and somehow she thought I said Mayonnaise? Which Isn’t a big deal but when the sub was brought back to exchange for the right order she did start to argue about it that I indeed said Mayo, which I never would because im allergic to Mayo. We did get our second sub and it was good. Not sure why you would argue with the customer because of your own English incompetence? There are many other places in the area so don’t be so snappy. I may try here again one day but miscommunication is a headache when you just want to get something quickly. Also it did take around 15 minutes to make one sub.

Classic New York Pizza. Good service. Good prices. I came in, got a slice, and left. Definitely not the best pizza, but A+ for convenience of location, price, and hours. I would for sure get a slice again, but probably wouldn’t order a whole pizza from here. It was just good enough to enjoy as a slice.

Hubby’s band was playing in Allston, so we went to Inbound to re-live my early 20’s, when I lived up the street on Kelton Street back in 2004. Inbound pizza was my go-to when I have had enough of drinking and dancing at Tonic(now Joshua Tree) and I crave a gigantic slice of buffalo chicken pizza. Fast forward to 10 years later… I still love love love Inbound’s buff chick pizza. I ordered one piece, shoved it down and wish I had ordered another one. It is still full of college crowds in the small dining area. The only difference is, in 2004 people talked to each other, and now people are all texting or playing on their phones. Maybe next time I will order a whole pie and devour it after a drunken night in Allston.

One of the only good things about this place is the amazing woman that works at the counter late a night(because she is the most friendly and extremely accommodating) and the fact that they’re slices are so damn cheap. Other than that, service here is subpar. I stood at the counter the other day for a few minutes, only to peek behind and find both the guys working texting on their phones. Then when I politely said excuse me, they looked at me like I was inconveniencing them. Should have just left, but I was hungry after work. Pizza is good enough to come back to at least.

I used to like their pizzas and late night service. But today, I ordered Chicken Shish Kebab! The quantity was horribly small, taste mediocre at best, salad was apparently 10 days old, some rice in the dish were straight out of rice cooker and french fries were the worst I have ever had. Overall cost was one small plate was 14 $. I instantly felt robbed, not that I care about 14 $; but because the I felt the money was down the worst drain. Except pizzas that can be a quick option, I would highly recommend not to try other items, especially Chicken Shish kabab. ‘Zero’ bang for your buck.

Inbound Pizza will be the death of me one day because I eat too much of it too often. Ah! Can I mention that I’m a born and bred New Yorker, and this pizza lives up to a New York slice? Yeah, for realz. My roommate and I have come here many a time, whether it be for a quick slice, a full pie, or some food to satiate around drunk munchies. Most of the time they don’t disappoint, and their pizza is pretty consistent. When it’s good, it’s good; when it’s an off night, it can be really off. This doesn’t happen often, but there have been nights when the pizza was just awful. I don’t know if it was because someone else was cooking it or they were rushing, but it could be terrible on these types of unfortunate nights. Rare those nights are, though! They also take Level Up, which is awesome. I try to use it as often as I can, and I think I get the most mileage with that at Inbound. If you’re looking for a quick bite or a whole pie for a movie night in your apartment, I would bank on Inbound being the place to go!
