They are bitchasses. They quoted us 45 minutes after 45 minutes we called and they said that they were just starting to process our order and it would be an additional 45 minutes. After confronting them about an hour and a half wait to deliver our food they said that they were cancelling our order. Would not recommend ordering from these clowns. Terrible customer service.

I did not like this service at all. For one the pizza took so long to get to my house because the driver made the mistake of going into Boston when my address clearly said newton. He then called me and after telling him 100 times i dont live near what ever hotel he was near he finally realized he went to the wrong place. By the time my pizza got to me it was clearly cold, my garlic bread wasnt even toasted and didnt taste good. I also didnt understand when he called me the last time and said oh you’re still awake? Like of course i am, i am hungry and waiting for my food why would i go to sleep?! Not ordering from this place again. It gave me a stomach

Do NOT order from here. I ordered food for a work meeting and it came an hour and a half late. The meeting was almost finished by the time the food finally got there. I kept calling them to check on the status and every time they said the driver was on his way. The person answering the phone was incredibly rude and did not apologize for the lateness. They refused to refund me or give me a discount. It is a ten minute drive from my job. There is no reason for an hour and a half wait.

Bait and switch central. This used to be an awesome place to grab a pulled pork or roast beef. I’m pretty sure this place carries neither now. It’s under new management, but you don’t know until you’re inside and check out the menu. The outside sign says«Rednecks» along with BBQ and Roast Beef, but now it’s «Mitti’s Café» which is only advertised on the menus you see once inside. The food is mediocre, but I’m giving it a 1 because it’s a total disappointment if you’re going in expecting a good olé Redneck’s pulled pork. Correct the sign out front and they’re a 2.5 max.

The food is not the best — but if you need random groceries with your late night chicken fingers-they deliver convenience store items, like cigarettes

I’m vegan & with a menu this big, theres bound to be something I can have, And there is! I loved The french veggie roll-up(French marinated dried tomatoes, hummus, avocado and sprouts, $ 8, copy and pasted right from their web-site). I thought it was a little pricey but worth it. They even delivered to me in that snowstorm in ’13. Nice! I recently went there on my lunch break from work, I was in a rush, I ordered the French Veggie rollup, and darted out quickly with my order. It was the wrong sandwich, but I assumed the cashier misheard me(maybe heard«fresh» veggie, idk). They gave me this weird vegetable sandwich with like cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, unions, peppers, pickles and stuff. I was out 8 $ but I figured it was just a misunderstanding. I called ahead next time, verified what was in the french veggie, and when the cashier listed the correct ingredients, I said yes, I want that. I got there, paid for my food, tipped, on my way out noticed it was the wrong sandwich… same weird onion pickle cucumber thing as last time. so I went back and asked them to fix it for me, but they didnt really know what I was talking about. they asked me what was wrong with it, instead of just verifying with the actual menu what was supposed to be on it. I left with the«fixed» sandwich in a rush to get back to work, only to find they stuffed some avocado on the old wrong sandwich… and that’s it. My lunch break was over, wasted, so I sent my coworker on his lunch break, with my sandwich and card in tow, to get me a refund. He wasted his lunch break there, the person behind the counter«didn’t know how to refund it,» and said the manager would be «in tonight,» refusing to refund me. They«fixed» the sandwich a third time, so it was just regular tomato(not sundried), lettuce, avocado(barely), and sprouts… no hummus, so just a dry sandwich. It was pretty clear they didn’t have the correct ingredients to make the sandwich, but they still refused to refund me. I don’t recommend going here, they might charge you for something they dont actually have and refuse to refund you /:

RIPPEDOFF!!! Called for delivery around 1:30am for an order totaling over $ 100. Delivery guy called at 4am to say he was on his way. He didn’t show up. Called the restaurant and they said that they would send him back out. Food finally arrived after 4:30am…COLD and missing items, sadly we had already paid before we realized that there were things missing. We tried calling again, but no one answered. STAYAWAY from this place! The food isn’t even that good!

The biggest draw of this place is the super late-night hours and the«drunk food,» which to be clear, I also enjoy when not drunk. There are a bunch of calzone flavors that are all good, and the pizza is good, too. Shout-out to Suzanne behind the counter, who has a big personality and isn’t afraid to be friendly when you’re friendly and not when you’re not. So you should be nice.

Dear customers, Do NOT try this place EVER! They OVER-charge you, get your orders wrong 9 out of 10 times, and LITERALLYRUDE customer service! Oh and you might have to wait till you starve and when you finally get your order it will either be mushy and watery or incredibly cold. Or all of the above! As a cherry on top you will enjoy consuming food that tastes like burned oil most the time. I was only a customer because they serve after midnight but their terrible food and service is just too much.

I don’t know how this restaurant stays in business… After reading the reviews I completely agree. It was almost $ 20 for chicken fingers and sweet potato fries!!! What?! I was just going to leave, but I paid for my soggy fries and chicken to never to return

My first trip here was to take advantage of a deal with LoopedIn and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a Fresh Mozzarella & Pesto sandwich and had low expectations considering it seems like primarily a pizza place that has way too many items on the menu(something like 175!) to execute them all well. The staff were friendly and quick, but the highlight was my sandwich, which was delicious! The mozzarella was incredibly fresh and the pesto tasted great. I wasn’t aware of it but it even came with fries, which were awesome. My friends ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sub and Chicken Parm Sub, and approved of both – notably, the Chicken Parm Sub featured two types of cheese. The atmosphere is definitely one of an older pizza joint, but it’s clean and there are good amount of booths which are nice if you’re eating in. I’d definitely go back! Suggestions to Café Mitti’s: 1. Replace the prominent Redneck’s sign with your real name since it was confusing to find the place! Also, is it «Café Mitti’s» or «Mitti’s Café»? It should be more consistent. 2. The menu needs an overhaul. 175 items on a menu is visually overwhelming. It’s also probably costing more to have supplies for all of these items in stock than the revenue they bring in.

Worst restaurant ever! I ordered a sandwich that was advertised to have dressing on the side. Food was delivered and it was smothered in dressing and not as advertised. i called to see what they could do for me and the woman on the telephone basically told me to get lost! No apology or attempt to mend the situation. Poor customer service and crap food for an expensive price. No thanks.

good for late night delivery to the hospital. delicious frozen yogurt. I would steer away from anything that you hope to be «delicious» because it won’t be «delicious»…but they’re nice enough, and they deliver super late!

This is the first Unilocal review that I’ve felt strongly enough about to actually write. This place is to be avoided at all costs. We are visiting in town for a tournament and ordered $ 200 worth of food. We paid in cash and were very patient despite the 1.5 hour wait that we were told to expect(it was a blizzard). When the food finally did arrive our orders were completely inaccurate. Only 1 of the 8 pizzas we had ordered was delivered with the correct toppings. We ordered several sides and desserts and a few were missing. This was pretty unfortunate – we had paid for items we didn’t receive and tipped handsomely. Very disappointing. We called to request the missing items be delivered. They said it would be about an hour as the driver needed to get back to the restaurant to pick up the items and then return to our hotel. We never got our missing items and were very frustrated with the subpar service(and food to be completely honest). We are leaving town soon but if we weren’t, I’d never order from this café again. You’ve been warned.

Let me start by saying I have no idea how their food is, because I didn’t try it. I ordered 3 pizzas for a meeting at my office. Needed them by noon, called around 11. They told me it would take 40 minutes, which was perfect. I just received them, and it’s 12:45. Here’s my beef: don’t send me a freaking menu in the mail if you don’t want to deliver to my area(1 Kendall Sq in Cambridge). If you don’t know where a place is, don’t rush me off the phone without letting me tell you how to get here. The person on the phone tried to hang up without knowing my company name, or even what floor we’re on. The delivery person called me when he got to the neighborhood, and hemmed and hawed so much about coming to my office that I walked down the street in the rain to meet him and hauled the pizzas back to my office myself. That’s not delivery.(Or DiGiorno, for that matter.) I told my colleagues that if they found this to be the best pizza they’ve ever tasted, they’d better enjoy it now, because I’m never ordering from Mitti’s(rhymes with…) again. Too bad, because I order pizza for my office quite frequently, and I could have been a good customer.

The only reason I am even giving this place a star is because they have cheese fries with the cheese sauce and not just melted cheese, which is harder to find then you would think. That charge you for paying with a card, they charge you an extra charge for late night delivery INADDITION to their raised«after hours» prices. Because of their location and hours they get a lot of business. I wish other places in the area would start extending three hours and give them a run for their money.

This place sucks! Worst experience I’ve had in a long time and I will never eat here again. Save your time and money. I ordered a sub, small fries, and drink, which cost nearly $ 16.(Apparently they don’t have combo meals.) WAY over priced for crappy food. After waiting about 15 – 20 minutes longer than I should have for my order, the sub did not match what was posted on their menu board. According to the menu board I was expecting mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions and pickle, but instead what I got was overly smothered bar-b-que sauce and cheese. The restaurant itself looks like it hasn’t been updated or cleaned since the 70s. It’s extremely grimy and disgusting.

This place is open late, so we ordered delivery around 2am. We got chicken fingers and a pizza roll. The chicken fingers were not the standard crispy, breaded type. They had a spicy, thick barbecue sauce on them that didn’t mix well with all the alcohol inside me. I really would have liked a warning before that showed up at my door. I’m 99% sure it was a mistake, because I’ve never seen chicken fingers with sauce like that. The pizza roll very tiny and was actually an egg roll with cheese inside. Also a lame surprise. We waited nearly an hour for this food and paid way too much. Whoever said they stay open late to scam on drunk kids is preaching. Next time, I’ll make ravioli.
