What an absolutely unfortunate Hookah bar. Came in with 7 people, and right away we were treated with extremely and unapologetically bad service. We tried to clarify their random pricing rules for the night but were treated to overall rude responses. Prices were outrageous. I would never recommend this place to anyone else; save your money and go somewhere else.

Love this hookah bar. The staff is great. The Dj is awesome and the flavors are delicious. Jaz is the sweetest, nicest, most amazing server. She made sure we were taken care of gave us our favorite little spot and made sure our coals were burning nicely. She kept the same positive attitude and energy with all the guests there. She was a delight. The Dj was playing the best songs ever he definitely did his thing the mood, the ambiance and the vibes were all a 10. I wish the corner had a curtain to block the view of outside though. Other than that no complaints. You will definitely enjoy your time here. It gets busy just so you know because it’s a dope spot.

Love love this place! Come here pretty often to unwind from the stress of life. Place is a bit small, about 15 single tables.
Music is pretty upbeat and soothing. No alcoholic drinks are being served. Only tea! And Ohhh if you can’t decide which flavors to choose, definitely try mint with peach! Yummmms

Very poor service. I had gone in with one of my friends around 7pm on Saturday and we are told we can sit wherever and hands us a menu. Now first thing, we tried to order one of the blends that was slightly more expensive and he tells us that they are out of all of them and that they only have single flavors.
Next, after we’ve started smoking a bit he comes over to us and asks us to close our tab because his shift is ending. He tells us the price which is way over what it said it was on the menu. He added tax and 15% gratuity into it (which to be honest he wouldn’t have even gotten 5% if I had the opportunity) and leaves. Very rude and I will not come here again.
Only redeeming quality was when he left we had a guy change our coals twice who seemed really nice and wasn’t invasive at all.

great place, i loved every minute in this place, hookah was prepared quickly and tasted great.
Service was very friendly and very fast. Overall atmosphere was nice I wished they had more room for seating.

Pathetic service! Rude behavior! We went with a group of friends on a sat night ! I get it’s a busy time, but the server could have spoken decently! He told us there would be 40 min wait and took our no. We went to the bar next door and he calls us in 20 mins ! We reach in 3 mins and he has given our table to someone else! And then he says you don’t come when I call, I give the table to someone else! Who does that? Never returning to this place again! Don’t care how good the hookah is! There are definitely much better places around!

Giving this place two stars for our night waitress. She was the highlight of the place. She was cool friendly and attentive. Unfortunately can’t say this about the rest of the staff. Came in looking for a table with a small group of friends. When I came in I didn’t even know who worked here. The staff was sitting down at the table smoking away. Finally went to the front and a guy stood there and starred at me. I had to ask him if he works there. Asked for a table and he said they could accommodate us. When I said okay he then told me it would be 15 minutes. What sense does that make. The prices are pretty expensive compared to all the others in the area. Most was loud and felt like a club instead of being chill and relaxing. Prob won’t be back.

Have to Wait for more than 1:30 hr to get a table for 2 person. They never answer the phone and accept reservation. The shisha is under average, they are putting all the tobacco in one large plastic container, so expect to order a grape flavor shisha, it will come with mint, Apple & other flavor. Needs a lot of effort to improve

This place was OK. The servers set us up and basically forgot about us. We had to flag them down to change our coals… mind you I had just gotten back from Morocco where I experienced the best service in a hookah lounge so I am very biased. I won’t seek this place out again…

One word dazzled!!! Couple of friends and I simply searched for a hooka place near by and ended up here. Service impeccable, our server Mimi explained and helped us choose 2 amongst the variety of flavors available and they were perfect, also, she kept changing the coal to keep it lit and fresh.
Best suggestion I can give; go between 3pm and 6pm all flavors are $ 15.

I’ve been coming here for years… there’s been a few change ups in management throughout the years, and finally, I’m 100% content with the management, service/​servers and atmosphere. Also, the flavors they have these days are insanely good! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a chill night without boozing it up :)

My previous review about being there and it not being open was addressed, the management was extremely courteous and offered me a discount which I happily accepted.
I ordered a special in an apple bowl, and unfortunately they didn’t have apple bowls which was kind of a bummer, but the business was clean and the service was decent. I wish they would expand their menu from chips and salsa though!

If I could put zero stars I would…
This place is a total scam. Came in with 5 people and ordered a hukka. Took 15 minutes to come to our table (we were one of only 5 groups in the place). After 5 minutes of smoking they told us we had to order a second or leave. Then they included a gratuity in the bill and would not allow us to eliminate. Unreal. Total scum bags.
Terrible service, poorly run, unprofessional and WAY overpriced.
Habibi on commonwealth is SO much better.

So I’ve been a regular here for over a year and watched this business slowly grow into one of Boston’s hotspots for hookah.
I’ll write this review based on my few most recent visits. My friends and I are usually in a fruity mood, and any of their $ 25 flavors are always a classic favorite. They also offer some snack and dessert food options as well as a variety of drink choices.
So we get our teas and cake and then the hookah. Overall it’s a great atmosphere to be in and the hookah is great. So why no 5-​star rating if I’m loving the vibe of this place? Well, in short, the wait staff is pretty in attentive, even on a slow weeknight. No one checked in on us except about an hour later to replace the coals since they were reduced to little piles of ash. The wait staff isn’t nearly as friendly and welcoming as it used to be when it was under different management.
All in all, still one of my favorite hookah spots in the Boston area if you don’t care about the customer service and just want good hookah.

Cozy little place. I love how it is all couches in this lounge! Makes it comfortable to relax and wind down.
When I went the server I had was fun and down to earth. She was so nice and made the night fun.

Kinda mixed on this. My friends and I were hunting for a Hookah Bar and this was the only place we could find. Extremely ghetto and seedy compared to the really nice hookah lounges found on the West Coast.
— There is a time limit since the place is so small
— The enforce 4 people to a hookah. So if you have a fifth friend who doesn’t feel like smoking, they will make you buy a second hookah (for $ 25/​pop)
— No booze — only water, soda, and tea
— They refused to serve tap water because they are cheap, and charge kind of a lot for bottled water. Given that it’s a very smoky lounge, you’ll definitely need hydration.
— You will be surrounded by dazed BU undergrads
— 18% fixed gratuity
— A spider sprinted across our table
— Refused to take reservations and also refused to give time estimate to us when we called in advance, saying we «had to be there in person to put our names on the list»
Overall fit our basic needs of finding a hookah lounge last minute in Boston. Our flavors weren’t too strong but the servers didn’t seem to care too much when we commented. Clearly VERY cheap management (that or they’re really struggling to make money) based on the many restrictions/​policies.
