As of December 18th, 2015 the employees that are working at the shift of 1:30 pm has very great service! Two thumbs up for them. Patience and able to chat with customers. Cashier guy is nice, the lady that makes the sandwiches. All nice. The place had an update which is nice. The cleaner even went into the restroom to clean during the day and not just at the end of the day. Another great job on this. A few years back, this place has a really trashy Caucasian man that just looks like a druggie with terrible attitude. I’m glad he’s gone. Glad that this location hired new staff.

I’ve been coming to this location for two years. Two years ago, I would give this location a 2 star rating. As I mentioned, I’ve been coming here for a long time, and not once did the staff acknowledge me as a regular. I mean, remember my face or something. It wouldn’t hurt. Apart from that, it was slow and time consuming to get a sub. And they were one of the locations that cheaped out on ingredients. God forbid I asked for extra olives, they’d sprinkle six into a footlong. Give me a break. Flash forward to recently. New Indian dude manager comes along, and within my second visit, remembers who I am and always makes it a point to greet me. Now I’m getting good service and I’m always happy to come back here. He’s cleaned this place up for the better. When it gets busy, the line moves fast and everyone gets their subs in a speedy manner. Definitely shows how much of a difference good service can make, and I hope Subway sees how much of a difference hiring friendly and efficient managers makes in their stores.

Aside from some of the staff being difficult to understand, I am very pleased with this location. And from what I’ve read, it appears that perhaps a change in management relates to the recent improvements in cleanliness and customer service.

If only I could give this place zero stars. Went there the other day and I was the only one in the restaurant so you’d think the employee wouldn’t need to rush to make my sub right? Wrong. Never have a seen someone put so little care into making a sandwich. Toppings were minimal and the end result was just a sloppy mess. Never going back to this location again.

I like Subway in general. The food is pretty good. This Subway location has always left a lot to be desired in terms of service, which is a problem during lunchtime as it’s a popular place to eat. The workers use an inefficient assembly line system with the result that it can take 10 minutes to get from the person you give your order to, to receiving your receipt; and if you get your sub toasted, it is likely to be sitting out, open-face, getting cold, for 60% of that time. This is also one of those places where they will just toss the meat /cheese on the sub and not care if 1⁄3 of the bread ends up with nothing on it. The one star rating, however, is for today. At lunch, I was charged for TWO items I did not ask for(chips *and* a cookie) and when I pointed out the mistake, the cashier could not fix the problem, I think due to language difficulties. When she sent a manager over to talk to me, the manager argued with me for five minutes in the middle of the store, claiming that I was mistaken, that I was lying, that I had asked for those items, etc. Eventually she went back to the register, and then came over with 62 cents in change, which she claimed was the price difference, even though my receipt clearly showed 60 cents for the cookie and 80 cents for the chips, before tax. I told her that was not acceptable, and she literally shoved the change at me and walked away, while other customers watched, astonished. I guess they have decided they can make more by overcharging customers, than by keeping customers!

Of most fast food style restaurants/sub shops Subway does rank pretty high in the healthy department. The ability to pack your sandwich with tons of «fresh» vegetables to help offset whatever meat you are getting is a pleasant change don’t you think? I think so too. That being said I had to make sure to stop by during Avocado Season. LOVEAVOCADO! I ordered foot long steak and cheese with avocado and loaded up on tons of veggies. They didn’t have any italian herb bread so I got the flat bread. With tax the sub cost me over 9 bucks. A little steep in my opinion for a sandwich with very little pre cooked steak in it but the vegetables and avocado definitely saved it. Nice young lady working the counter. Designated parking lot which is huge in the Brighton area because parking is horrible!

I have frequented this location off and on for several years and unlike a yo-yo relationship this place has actually improved over time. The current staff has always been friendly and attentive. There is also an adequate amount of staff for peak hours. I do not have any problems ordering my footlong spicy Italian toasted with spinach, tomato, onions, olives banana pepper, oil and vinegar. It comes out just the way I want it and its only $ 5.00. Can’t complain. So even though this is a subway, it has improved and I recommend it.

I come to this Subway quite frequently. I usually get the Veggie Sub, which is pretty solid here. I don’t really have any strong feeling pro or against this subway because they haven’t messed up my order, nor have they gone above and beyond in any way. They have a medium sized parking lot, the restaurant is fairly clean. I don’t go during the busy periods(working hours) so the place is fairly empty with tons of open tables available. They have 2 restrooms which I have never used, a soda fountain and a crazy good variety of bagged potato chips. Its a solid Subway.

This one used to be good. The people working here used to be college students, to ignorant college students, to nice people, and now the people working there cannot speak English and can’t understand me when I make my order. Fast forward to last week. It appears that the person who couldn’t speak English and couldn’t understand me when I made my order is the franchisee. This time, I ordered the DOUBLEBACON and egg sandwich(you know, the $ 5 footlong for April?) She gave me TWO strips of bacon. I told her to enjoy the sandwich.

Over the past four or five months or so this place has drastically improved. They have new employees, there are a minimum of two people working the counter at a given time, often three or more during busy hours and the service is good. They seem to be under new management or something because personnel-wise everything has improved.

This place was ghetto. I went-in on a saturday afternoon, and the place was deserted. There was a 50 gallon trashcan overflowing of used papertowels and sanitary gloves, no trashbag. And flies. Pretty sick.

I was never a subway fan until I had the Subway Club, now I crave it all the time. Unfortunalty, the only Subway near me is this one. This place just bothers me… or more so the employees bother me! They always seems so greasy. It gorsses me out! Also, they start to make your sandwich and all they need to do is ring you in, but they stop there to make another person’s sandwich. I don’t get it. So I wait another 5 minutes for them to finish that sanwich. Then when they do finally ring me up, they are in midconversation amongst themselves and they totally ignore you. I’ve actually had to be like«umm…ok, I’m here and I need to pay and go back to work». Its so annoying. Plus, they always seem to be out of something or confused when I order stuff. They have no clue what they are doing. I regret the day I ate a Subway Club bc its always on my mind, and I have to go slummin to get it. So sad.
