McDonald’s

Very sad location. Staffed with teenagers that have never gotten an order correct out of a solid 10 attempts here. Would take a lot to convince me to try again.

How can anyone give them a low rating? If you did you need to look in the mirror as you are probably the one with the problem. I’ve been super impressed with not just this McDonald’s but McDonald’s in general. Their customer service is far better than other fast food joints, and they are always so much faster! Everyone has always been friendly, smiling, and seem like generally happy people. I haven’t been inside this one, but this McDonald’s looks nice on the outside and they did not create an eyesore when they moved into the neighborhood. Nice décor and fountains. Food always hot and fresh.

Why are these ppl do dam miserable here nobody has smiled at us at all literally they all look mad about bieng here you don’t like it get s better job!!!

Best McD’s that I have been to in this area. Morning weekday crew is awesome. Only McD’s in the area that can make Fries correctly. +5
Ran out of Coke once and my drink took forever but no one thought to let me know why I had to park for a drink. Grrrr. –1

I did not five-​star this only because I don’t have the full skinny on what is runs like during general hours.
I can tell you this: Their Mon-​Fri regular morning crew is positively *stellar* especially on the drive-​thru. They are fast, efficient, and the foundation-​up remodel has made the corporate two-​menu-​board model actually functional (something not seen in many stores). The have a slot for any extra-​time orders (and there aren’t many) that was *designed* for that explicit purpose. It is wonderfully designed, as the backroom extends to a third-​window where they simply pop it open and hand you your goods. No waiting for some McEmployee to hustle around a corner and out a door to bring your meal.
This McDonalds also has a policy of ponying up a 10% discount to Intel employees if you flash them your badge (strict rule, you *must* have your badge). Granted, it usually only saves me $ 0.50 for breakfast, but still, nice bonus.
Things to complain about are short, but here are a few.
— Their dining room isn’t quite as efficient as their drive-​thru.
— They have a beautiful, but incredibly annoying water feature next to one of their two menu boards for drive-​up. It does a fantastic job of making it difficult for the person listening to your order to get it right. The outside (right) menu board doesn’t suffer from this, so if you pull in and both lanes are empty, go right.

Went through the drive through and it was quick, friendly and the food was hot, fresh and good.
I had no issues with my experience here. Did like the cool statues of the fish outside near the drive through.

New, clean, good reception of customers, free wifi, charging units. Good kids play area too! Small when compared to MD at beaverton walker road!!!

The newest remodel is awful. They set the tables up too high and too low, the low ones have foam stools, so not exactly user friendly. The other tables have giant barriers across the middle so you can’t have a conversation with the person across from you. The fire exit isn’t marked so the alarm goes off frequently because it looks like an exit. Parking is still a mess. The food and service were typical, nothing wrong there. I am glad we only go here once a year.

Quick drive thru so no issues there. The employees were very abrupt though and not very personable. The food was fine though, not trying to eat here very often but its god for a quick bite between classes.

Terrible service, poorly made sundaes (about half full, completely melted, fudge and ice cream running down the outside and outer lining the bottom), and really irritating drive-​thru (the addition of running water as decoration makes it nearly impossible to hear or be heard in the left lane, plus the menu boards change every few seconds so it takes forever to find what you want if you don’t already know). I wish this wasn’t so close to my house. The one on west union and Cornelius pass is infinitely better (and only about two miles away and it’s definitely worth the drive)…

I’ve been to this place three times since they opened after their remodel.
I have always used their drive thru and the woman at the window is always cheerful and remembers me. The last time I was in she asked me if I wanted to try their new wings but she couldn’t hear my response over the water feature by the order kiosk.
That said, two out of three times they got my order wrong. I think their quality control checking orders is not a priority.

We just came back here. Ordered a double filet of fish and was told that it is no longer on the menu. Fine. So we ordered a filet of fish with an extra filet. No cheese. We were charge $ 1.80 for the extra pattie. Well, all seemed well until we got home. Lo and behold, no extra filet. It is midnight. We’re home. We’re not going to go back thru the drive-​thru but $ 1.80 for an extra fish filet? That is one expensive single filet sandwich.
The manager/​supervisor was helpful when we called this in. There are plenty of McDonalds around the neighborhood and this is closest to our house. This would be a one star if not for the prompt resolution.
That said. Check your order before you leave the drive thru. I used to think my friend was crazy doing that but I can see why she does. I didn’t want to be ‘that’ person but… considering the experiences I’ve had recently with fastfood drive thru, I am going to be ‘that’ person. This experience, although it ended well enough, cemented the feeling.
OH! Another helpful point. I know you work at McDonalds and it’s not the most glamorous job in the world but at least do your job and do it well. You don’t have to suck so bad just because your job sucks.

They ran out of soda. Twice. Out. Of. Soda.
I hate short reviews, but this location deserves few words.

Yeah it’s McDonald’s but I’m rating it for what it is. This is a no nonsense drive-​thru efficient location that will get you in and done within 5 minute or less.
Plus, well, those Egg McMuffins are pretty tasty.

Quick, cheap fast food. This location is well run. It’s McDonalds. What do you expect?
Get some breakfast, then complain about corporate America. Don’t be a hater.

$ 3.95 for a Big Mac? $ 3.65 for a Filet o’ Fish? Did I really spend almost $ 9.00 for a freaking drive-​thru meal at McDonald’s? Is Ronald McDonald sporting gold tooth bling and rolling with Mayor McCheese in a f**king Bentley?
Adding insult to injury, the girl at the window practically threw the bag at me. When I said «thank you», I heard nothing but crickets. I wanted some catsup but she slammed that window faster than a… I don’t know what, but I didn’t get any catsup.
I hate McDonald’s.

DISCLAIMER:
I do not frequent this location for the food! In all honesty, I have NEVER step foot inside of this establishment nor have I round the drive thru. I enter this parking lot strictly for the RedBox!
A great location to grab a cheap movie I intend on watching right away and then right out! If Redbox had their own «check-​in» I would be typing a review for that but since it is housed outside of the Golden Arches it is they who get the preface for my visits!

Why did I go here?
The genius that designed this place put the garbage can area RIGHT next to the drive thru, so I had to smell the nasty stench while waiting to order. It almost induced vomiting. Then I got my food and the scent was lingering in my nostrils.
Damn you, garbage.
Damn you, olfactory bulbs.

Mostly, I like this McDonald’s. The drive through has two ordering boards (as many seem to these days), so it moves faster than you’d think if you see a line. I frequently order something a little weird (usually one of the cheap options but without the cheese) and they usually get it right. I was very disappointed one time recently when they DIDN’T and I had cheese (and no dairy pills, argh!). However, I took it back and they made it right.
Could be worse. It’s still just a generic McDonald’s, but it’s a generic McDonald’s that usually gets my strange orders right.
