BedMart Mattress Superstores

They use Genesis Credit for their customers to finance the mattress. I was told 12 months no interest financing by the salesperson only to find out that it was only 6 months. I paid the balance off after finding out that I was going to get charged with ridiculous amount of interest fee but they still charged me with fees for having a 0 balance on the account.

We went to Bedmart yesterday to replace our old mattress and were greeted by Brian as soon as we walked in. He was extremely helpful without being overbearing, like some other mattress/​furniture sales people. It was a very comfortable atmosphere, no pressure at all, and Brian just seemed like a really nice, genuine, warm-​hearted person, someone you can see yourself talking to because you want to, not because you have to. He showed us around and explained different options, giving us time to look around and test out different beds. We found the one we absolutely loved and went for it. The 48 month, no interest financing is great and with 0 interest, why not? The application process was really fast and Brian also threw in some fantastic deals for some cool pillows (literally cool) and mattress cover. He gave us the break down and several different options not being pushy about any of it. We got free next day delivery (which happened to fall on Super Bowl Sunday) and expected to talk to someone around 9am to schedule the delivery and hoped they’d be here before the game started. The mattress was actually delivered right around 9 am! By the way, we were told about the mattress being firmer than the floor model in the beginning. Seems like common sense to me. Think of all the people testing out the floor models! Oh and we used the pillows with our old mattress last night and already felt a great improvement. Can’t wait to break in our new Temperpedic! The floor models can not be trusted for accuracy compared to with what they will deliver to your house. We spent a lot of money on a bed only to give it back problems and headaches every time we wake up. When we wanted to exchange it for a softer bed, the prices magically increased in addition to the $ 100 exchange price. Recommend that people go somewhere that has a good comparison of floor models vs new product as this was very misleading to us. I’d even say it was deceptive because of how different the comparison was. Will always advise against this place.

I first looked at mattress stores online before going to buy my new bed. I was confident that I was not going anywhere else after reading reviews and looking at their website. I was greeted by David Whitman and he was very friendly and not pushy. I told him my price I could afford. He sold me the Northwest Mt Hood set and frame for a price that I could afford and he made sure I got it same day since i had company coming and needed it that night. I was so pleased with the service and I would recommend going to Dave to all my friends and family. Five Star Service!!!

Great selection at this store. My wife and I were very impressed with the courteous and low key help we received from Dave Whitman. Dave listened to our requests and asked good questions that allow us to fairly quickly find and select the king size bed set we needed and for a good price. We also appreciated Dave’s knowledge and his attentiveness to our needs.

Purchased a new Serta bed from the most educated sales person! The prices are competitive and a good selection of mattresses.

I purchased a new mattress from this store and was very disapointed. The matress deformed in less than six months. Their return policy is terrible. No money back. They would exchangr thr product but you still have to pay $ 100 for «restocking». What a scam.
