McDonald’s

Not best in the chain but getting better. Hasa Blink charger for my car. Warning during the day it’s the hang out for the middle schoolers. Maybe that’s why they’re always training new staff.

I don’t eat at McDonalds, however last night I was shopping nearby and had a sudden low blood sugar and needed food, specifically something sweet right freaking now. We whipped into the drive thru and sat, and sat, and sat. My GOD, how long does it take to get a child size cone. The wait in the drive thru was endlessly long.
I don’t know if they are being affected by the breakfast all day long thing (I have read it is impacting their service overall), but good lord it was a long wait. By the time we finally got to the drive thru window I did not really need the cone any longer as I had to use my emergency juice box I found in the glove box. I took a bite of the cone just because I have never had a cone from McDees before and it was overly vanillaish, not a fan of the taste. The dog enjoyed the rest of it tho!

Super close to my house so we have gone here many times. Service is hit or miss and most of the time, miss. Food has been missed up just as much.

Disappointed. I ordered off the value menu, the McChicken was great, my fries were less than half full and my «Large» ice water was given to me as a small. It seemed as thought the workers were more focused on joking around and laughing than attending to the service.

I usually will never review a fast food place but I have visited this location 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is something wrong with my order.
Attention to detail is key.
Customer service? What customer service!
I have only asked them to fix my order ONE time and when I did the guy at the window was rude not to mention he put a garbage bag over another employees head to be funny maybe !!!
I know you can’t expect much from McDonald’s but come on!

I rarely review fast food restaurants, because I rarely go to them. But there are times that I do hit up a McDonald’s, because, french fries. And my experience here was off enough to comment on.
It’s a new building with a small-​ish footprint. The «lobby”/ordering area is roomy, the dining area is not. On our visit, mid-​afternoon on a Sunday, there was not a single open table. It’s kind of poorly designed inside, frankly. The «McCafe» counter to the side seems really unnecessary when space is at a premium.
But, whatever. Here’s my real issue. There were a lot of employees here at a time. And as people left the tables, not one employee came out to clean them. There was a newspaper scattered around, the drink/​condiment area was a mess. But the whole time we were there, 20 minutes or so? — not one table was cleaned. Not one person with a rag came out to tidy up. Lots of talking and standing around in back though. Cleaning shouldn’t be an «if someone gets to it» job.
Food was fine, standard McDonald’s. Go through the drive thru if you’re going to go though, inside is a mess.

Fast, clean. The drive through intercom audio is the best I have heard.
Maybe the drive through employees are a bit too rushed because of the 7 times I’ve gone through the drive through, they have given me the wrong order twice.
