U.S. Bank

I walked into a friendly greeting. The manager Jen was amazing! She helped me quickly get paperwork together for my home loan and even faxed it for me. Thanks for the great customer service.

I am giving this a two star review because the staff is nice. Being a bank I don’t always want to go in I just want to use their outside ATM to make it fast but every time I use their outside walk up ATM it eats my money and I have to wait up to 30 days to get it back. They give me a «credit» which they take back out later without telling you and it’s almost like you’re in square one. Waiting for the money to be put back in to your account in the first place. Get your machines fixed. Not using this bank anymore.

Well we meet again US Bank. Yesterday we stopped by to get cash to pay for a cab to take my Brother to the Airport. My husband attempted to use the ATM outside and it appears someone has moved it a few inches and the slot near where the card goes in has a large gap and that’s where his card fell.
Called the bank first thing this morning, they said their ATM person would be there in 30 minutes. No call, finally they did call to say they shredded the cars??? WTF why did you shred the card? It did not even go into the ATM just a gap where the ATM meets the fascia. They called one more time to tell us they shredded the card.
I am pretty sure they just left it there because when we asked what the card (from First Tech) looked like the gal who called evaded the subject and just kept repeating they shredded the card.
Now we have to fuck around and get a new one from First Tech which we certainly do not have time to do as we are still grieving the loss of our Mom 4 days ago and trying to deal with her estate.
I left a message for the bank Manager but I doubt I will hear from him.
