Went for a deep tissue massage today with their new massage therapist. Wow… She was amazing and knows how to give a serious and very professional massage that was wonderful and worked through all my issues! I have also had botox and facials here, and my teenage daughter has had great facials and waxing.

You only get service if you’re going to spend money. The receptionist will gladly schedule you in last minute just to get customers in the door. The first question, Melissa, the esthetician asked me was, «Are you buying products today?» Direct, but tactless. Melissa also didn’t need to explain that her next appointment was waiting for her. I felt rushed. Lastly, when I asked what other services they provide that I could avail of, Melissa said, «Just look online at the website.» As a professional, Melissa could have just covered some highlights. The WORST customer service. Bring your business elsewhere and spend your hard earned money, where it’s not so obvious they’re working off commissions. PATHETIC.
