I had an issue with my daughters computer where she broke the USB ports on her laptop. I call Chuck in the morning, stopped by and he looked at the computer with the day. Chuck gave me an honest assessment and was told he could not fix the computer. He did not even charge! What a great service professional that I miss in today’s world. I finally found a place to bring all my computer repairs. Thanks Chuck

Excellent service! I needed the screen replaced on my laptop. I talked to Chuck on the phone and he told me to bring it in anytime — no appointment needed and that he had the part in stock. I brought the computer to him this week — dropped it off and he called an hour later and had it fixed. He quoted me a price on the phone and the final price came in slight under that. And the repair was perfect. Chuck is very nice and I will definitely use him again if the need arises.
**In reference to the 1-​star review posted in May. I mentioned to Chuck that I had looked at his Unilocal page. He mentioned the one-​star review and said that writer of that review apparently failed to notice that the hard drive he had put on the friend’s laptop was a solid state drive. So yes, it had less GB — but it was a better, more expensive hard drive. So I wouldn’t give that review much weight.

Friend brought her laptop here, twice. Once to fix a sound issue, and then a second time to fix a system issue. The second time, the hard drive had to be replaced and system re-​installed. All seemed fine with the laptop when it was returned. Now, 6 – 7 months later, she has purchased a new laptop and has given me the old one, as it stopped working again. When I started inspecting it, I found the power supply was bad and got a new one and it turned on again. Then I discovered that the original 500 GB laptop drive was replaced with a 100 GB HDD when it was «repaired» last time. Watch yourself if you bring something here to have it repaired.

The wife was stressed that a critical program was not opening and hours upon hours of work was lost. As a pretty computer savvy guy I thought I would be able to fix the problem quickly and be my wife’s hero. Well I spent 4 hours on it with zero progress before calling this company. Chuck had the initial problem diagnosed in under 20 minutes. I left the computer with him and he proceeded to work his magic so that it works as good as it did the day she bought it, if not more. I won’t hesitate to call them again if I am ever stumped with computer issues.
