The Sub-​Zero refrigerator in the Buckhead condo we rent suddenly stopped cooling.
We called Appliance Master at 11:30 am on a Sunday, and they said their technician would arrive between 1 & 3. Sure enough, their tech, Gary arrived at about 1:45. He diagnosed the problem & gave us a fixed price quote before doing any work (as they said). Even though it was Sunday, the price was very reasonable. The only issue we had was trying to pay with our Amex card. He said «we don’t take credit cards on Sundays — the machine is broken.» That really bugged us since the Unilocal page said they take credit cards and they did not tell us that on the original call. We insisted they take it & he called the office and they finally did. I recommend them — just be clear on the payment terms for service & for freon.
