We been using this company for numerous years and never had an issue. They arrive within the scheduled time and are always courteous, friendly and conscientious about the job at hand. Pleased with the results and will continue using the personable team that combats those unruly bugs.

Overall, a large franchise based exterminator company. Customer service is generally hit and miss depending on who you talk with — and unfortunately that means your experience as a customer will generally suffer. Especially when they turn into your crazy ex-girlfriend and won’t stop calling. The appointment =============== Making an appointment with these folks is pretty simple. Just give them a call and schedule a time for them to come out. Just make sure it’s not during the weekend — they don’t work then. After hours? Your out of luck. Minus one star The service =========== Service is usually pretty prompt. The bug guy will arrive, ask a few questions(again, this part is hit and miss too — sometimes they just get to work spraying) and then spray both the interior and exterior of the premises. There isn’t anything particularly terrible or great about their chemical mix. We’ve seen a few bugs outside, but hardly any inside — but then again we keep a pretty clean house. So far, so good — right? You might be thinking at this point«But Dan — why the lousy review?» Dont’ worry — we’re getting to it. The follow up ============ Here’s where things get dicey. At first, we let Arrow exterminators know we wanted them to come out ‘about every 3 – 6 months or so’. We let them know we would let them know the next time we needed to come out. For a while, this worked great — they would call and chat with my wife and find out if they needed to come out or not. If they didn’t — no bigs, they would just call back in a few more months. This past week however, they turned into the crazy ex-girlfriend. Complete with phone calls and unexpected drop-ins. Let me explain. About 4 weeks ago they called and left a message wanting to know when and if they should stop by. Then they called 2 weeks later. And a week after that. Then they called again this week. Then yesterday they just decided to pop-by and try to pressure us(in person!) to let them spray. I was the only one at home at the time, and I explained that I would have to chat with my wife and get back to them with a good time to spray. The final nail in the coffin was finding a note on my door when I got home today explaining that they had sprayed. And billed us. WTF Arrow. I wasn’t thinking about breaking up before — but I think your crazy antics have talked me into it. We’re done. Don’t call me anymore. And don’t bother coming by to pick up your toothbrush — I already threw it away.
