This is my «go to» auto repair! Having a 2003 BMW with 193,000 miles — you must have a honorable and honest car repair place! I have been thrilled with their service and will continue to do so! You can’t go wrong at Back On The Road!

If you are the least bit suspect of your current auto shop, do yourself and your wallet a big favor and go see these guys. Honda repair center tried to tack on work that wasn’t necessary (CV boot and axle for $ 600+) and when I brought the car here, they said there was nothing wrong. They have worked on our cars in the past and we’ve found them to be honest, fair and reasonable. There is no need to go to the dealer, even if under warranty as long as you keep records of work done.

Always been quick and painless for an oil change. I have never once felt pressured to add on services that aren’t absolutely pertinent, and if it really should/​could wait until next time it will.
This is one of those industries where you really appreciate it when people are honest and that’s what I’ve experienced here.

Had my truck towed in. Just would not run… Was recommended to me by a tow-​truck driver… Said they knew Diesels… Turns out they do NOT KNOW DIESELS. Turns out they do not know TRUTH FROM FICTION… Said that they had my truck in the shop for two weeks… working on it… tested the entire fuel system and everything was fine. They could not find out what was wrong, come and have it towed somewhere else!
Turns out that they NEVER moved the vehicle. The tow company that delivered it, picked it up. Driver told me truck hadn’t been moved. They must have tried to turn-​it over as both batteries were dead. The engine showed no sign of having been even looked at. All indications are that they did nothing to my vehicle in the 2 – 3 weeks I had it there, even though they told me numerous tales, and were unable to give me any test results.
Fixed the issue myself… As I told them the electric Fuel Pump was likely not working… They told me it was pumping fuel just fine! So I replaced the fuel pump… truck started RIGHT UP!
Take your vehicle to this place. Especially if you like to be lied to. I would definitely recommend this facility to my Ex-​Wife and my worst enemy. No one else!

Brought my wife’s Ford Expedition here for an oil change and was very pleased with the prompt and friendly service. The on-​line coupons they have saved me $ 10, too. Fast and efficient — old school values that I appreciate. These guys are the real deal.

I’ve been a customer of Back on the Road since they opened. This is a well run, professional, honest vehicle service facility. They stand behind their work and have done a great job on all my repairs. We have multiple cars in our family and all of them are serviced and repaired by Tim and his crew of certified mechanics.

Honest auto repair. A different local repair shop told me I needed CV joints replaced. Didn’t trust them. Had BOTR check them. Nothing wrong, no repair needed. Had them check again a few months later, still, nothing wrong. They could have easily just said yes, you need repair, and I would never have known. I trust them so much I take all 3 of our cars here now.

I’ve just been there for oil changes so far, but I’m very impressed with how fast they do the work and the pleasant waiting area (free wifi, too). They checked everything on both cars and didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and some of the other customers I talked with said they had followed their mechanics here because they do such great work. It’s not cheap, but not too expensive, and they seem very trustworthy.
