I rent in the Alpharetta, Belmont apartment complex and have been having issues with the management from day one! I never received a walkthrough when I received my key to my apartment and therefore had to continue going back and forth to the office to clarify the issues in my apartment. I also had to use a window unit for AC in my apartment for nearly the entire first month that I was a tenant. In addition it took three weeks to get a key for my mailbox and my porch storage; I just finally received my alarm code today, along with a copy of my lease (which I now believe to have been edited); and I have found out that the woman who put through all of my paperwork to move in has been fired! My biggest issue though is the way that the complex manager speaks to me. I am young, but I have resided in other apartment complexes and have never been mistreated quite like I have been the few times I have spoken to this lady. My grandmother cosigned the lease with me, and on two separate occasions now when I have asked the management for help she has told me «Do I need to call your grandmother?». As if I am a ten year old child in trouble with a guardian. I would not EVER recommend this complex to a friend!
