Build-A-Bear Workshop

We have gone to Build a Bear occasionally since 1999. They have a very consistent product throughout their stores and we always enjoy the experience. We went to the Alpharetta location fort 16 year olds birthday this year. She loved getting her Ironman bear:)

Went back to Build a Bear hoping to have a better experience. They have great products but the Alpharetta location doesn’t staff the store based on the events they have going on. When there are parties they need a lot more staff. They also need cashiers. It takes forever to check out there. Today the cashier had no sense of urgency to try to move people thru the line. She was trying to get a child to pick bows when the child didn’t even want one. The cashier could care less how long it took for people to check out. After waiting 40 minutes to get a bear built it took another 15 minutes to check. It’s a shame because the product is good but the girls that work in this store have no coomon sense on how to handle situations.
