Decided that a yummy philly sandwich was what we wanted for Sunday funday and based on a few good reviews, we decided to give this place a shot. The place is a nice mom and pop run shop and the owner was super nice and welcoming. They offer burgers, wings and Phillys mostly. We elected to try the chicken buffalo Philly and chilli philly. Both really delicious and everything yummy and goey about a Philly cheesesteak. Hands down highly recommend this place for lunch. Next time, we will try the Korean Philly.

Not exactly going to make anyone think they are in their favorite Cherry Hill, NJ cheesesteak haunt. But still better than most and unquestionably better than the previous occupant Philly Factory. For lack of a better option… an okay consolation prize of a cheesesteak.

The food was awesome! I have been to Burger and Philly twice. The first time I went my son and I both had a burger and fries. They were both great. In fact my son said that he wanted to go back for lunch on Saturday but they were scheduled to be closed that Saturday. On my second visit I had the wings and fries. He cooked my wings to my exact specification. Love this place. The customer service was also great. I will be visiting again soon…

Food was ok but I loved the service. We walked in but they were closed and he still had a smile in his face and turned everything on and cooked for us anyways… we felt bad making him work because they were closed on Sunday(we didn’t know) but he made us feel comfortable and very very welcome!

Awesome restaurant. The staff is super nice and the food is even better. I walked in with my wife and son on a Sunday not knowing they are closed on Sundays and they turned everything on and cooked anyways. If you are looking for a great Philly cheese steak this is the place. If you say you had a bad experience I just wouldn’t believe it. The food and people are great!!!

TAKEHEED! So I am in the area and I notice that a new restaurant is open in the space that was once occupied by Philly Factory. The new restaurant is Burger and Philly. I walk in and speak to the man at the counter. I let him know that this was once our favorite restaurant and that he has big shoes to fill. He is cordial and takes the teasing well. After we finish our lunch next door, I decide to purchase something at this restaurant for my husband. They have burgers, dogs, chicken sandwiches, cheesesteaks and more. I decide to get the chili dog and onion rings. Normally, I would purchase the french fries but they were not natural hand-cut fries. They were the krinkle fries that can be purchased at your local grocer. We prefer a natural fry with the skin on. So we receive our order in a timely manner and deliver it to my husband. He takes a bite and says he doesn’t really like the hotdog but the chili is good. I’m perplexed. I press him further and he says that it doesn’t taste like a quality dog but one that has filler. I taste the dog, I immediately spit it out. It was beyond disgusting. It tasted like a mushy, sodium free vegetarian dog, but without the flavor. I immediately start searching for the menu so that I can call the restaurant. I call and ask if they sell vegetarian hotdogs and the answer is no. I let him know about the quality of his product and I am more than brutally honest. When I ask what type of hotdog he is selling, he tells me that it is a pork, turkey and chicken hotdog. My husband absolutely loves hotdogs but he is accustomed to beef hotdogs like Nathan’s. It is apparent that this restaurant has some work to do. The first rule of the restaurant business is know your product! As I was searching for their contact number, I realized that the number on the menu and door is incorrect and I had to search on-line,(another move that is bad for business). I did make them aware of this error. When I am informing the employee,(perhaps a co-owner), he is extremely apologetic and appreciative that I have called back to discuss the matter. Although he promises to make things right when I come in again, I simply want him to succeed and offer a quality product to his customers. 6÷7÷15 I have not returned to this restaurant, but in light of the positive reviews, I did want to edit mine. When I originally spoke with the owners, I was confident that they would address the concerns and make the necessary adjustments. I don’t want to have a glaringly negative review stop people from trying a new restaurant. I just want to inform them of potential problems and have them proceed accordingly. I am glad that they make good burgers and Philly sandwiches since these are their primary offerings. I am still waiting for someone to try the hotdogs and post a great review so that I can make it up to my husband and provide an update.
