If I could give 0 stars I would but that’s not an option. This location has horrible customer service and uneducated employees. They do not honor coupons on their website and late at night the teenagers they hire play fight with each other and ignore customers. Save your money and time. Disgusting! I will never waste even one cent going here.

We order from here once a week. Try the butter flavored crust; it is awesome. We always have a great pizza and very fast and friendly delivery.

I know it’s a new pizza chain and concept. I have never been to a Jets Pizza before. This location is new and well kept. I’ll give it that. To keep a very long winded review short for a carry-out order, the service was lukewarm and the deep dish was VERYGREASY. Greasier than Pizza Hut’s Pizza and that’s saying alot. Their salads and breadsticks are very good. As well, experience an average wait of 55 to 1:30 minutes for a delivery order if it’s busy. Prices are high for what they are advertising and delivery is expensive compared to other chains. I’ll spend about 40 bucks(excluding tip) for a order for myself as opposed to 25 bucks(Excluding tip) if ordering from another local restaurant in the area. When you compare this to other pizza concept chains like Mellow Mushroom, Riverside Pizza, Marco’s, and even your authenic Local Italian Restaurants, it’s overpriced and average at best. Why spend 60 dollars on a large order(for you family) from here when the quality is «Ok» and you realize the concept is nothing special. Every Pizza Franchise or Company has the same product but Jets has their own twist and more costly. It’s just not my first choice or personal taste. I’d rather spend it at my local Italian Mom & Pop where I could get about 4 meals for the same price and still have edible leftovers than this over-priced, greasy new pizza concept.

We’re not able to get delivery, but worth the drive. TOTALLY worth the drive. We’re thin crust fans, but a friend recommended the thick crust. OMG. Best pizza EVER. The cheese is so good! The sauce is good! They bake it nice and crispy and well done every time we order. Amazing. If you don’t get your pizza from here, you are really missing out on good stuff.

This is a great tasting pizza. The cajun crust is the real deal. They also make a decent salad. If you order a medium salad it is much larger than you would think although I wish it had more beets on it. If you like ranch dressing then definitely try theirs. Overall I am super excited about this place, and I know I will be ordering more. Recommended for sure.

A complete turn around from last Friday. I finally got the delicious Jets pizza I’ve craved for some time now. The delivery was fast and saved me from gnawing my hand off after a day of travel. They made up for last Friday completely(thanks for that!) and I can whole-heartedly recommend this location. The pizza was delicious and the salad was good. And as always, their ranch dressing is slather worthy.

I have been asking Jet’s to open a location closer to the Windward Community for almost a year. It has finally happened! Great food, fresh ingredients, and the staff is always friendly. It’s the perfect weekend meal for my family and friends. They are awesome!

MORECOMPETITION! This is a very new pizza restaurant that just opened very close to my home. It is for pick up or delivery only. We received the flyer today and my son was anxious to try it out. He ordered a pepperoni pizza with a garlic infused hand tossed crust. The pick up was fast and efficient. The pizza appeared to be made with quality ingredients because the pepperoni was not greasy or weird,(I usually remove it from the pizza, but this time I wanted to try it). The cheese was not overdone and had a nice fresh flavor without the excessive fat. Although I did not care for this type of crust(I prefer a crisp crust as opposed to a chewy crust), and neither did my son and spouse. I would be willing to try Jet’s again with a different crust to see if I have a different opinion. In addition to traditional pizza, they have sandwiches, specialty pizzas, salads, wings, boneless chicken, stuffed pizza and bread sticks. They also have various flavored crust options such as Cajun, Poppy Seed, Sesame Seed, shredded Parm, Butter, Garlic Romano and Turbo Trust. When it comes to pizza, I don’t take it too seriously. It is not something that I would actually go out and purchase but something that I usually grab because the males ordered it. They are the real pizza hogs. My ideal pizza is a a white pizza with grilled chicken, spinach and artichokes; so naturally I would not be inclined to visit Jet’s. 6÷9÷15 Today I tried the bread sticks and they were a much better choice. I would bet that the sticks contain the same dough as they use for the deep dish pizza. The sticks were not overdone,(too greasy or salty) and had a nice crispy flavor. Overall, my husband and son said that the garlic crust tasted funny and I don’t think that they would be inclined to order again. My daughter said that she would order the sticks if she«craved» them. I think that this is a carefully veiled«no return vote». As I stated, I don’t order pizza, it has to just appear for me to eat it so I wouldn’t be inclined to place an order. However, if pizza is your thing, give them a try, you may fall in love!
