love tne subs but tnis is tne 3^rd time they arrived late thia time i olaced order and after one our i called and was informed tbat the delivery guy said my address was the kroger they didnt even bother to call me for directons! its 9:50 now, no call from delivery guy and i ordered at 8:30
ive ordered for jimmy johns in the past and they were always fast. i the last 2 monts always an issue sad because i liked it not going to shell out $ 25.00 again for hem
update its 10:00 delivery just got here and the littlevpunk said google maps were wromg NOT. I PAID EXTRA FOR EXFRA MEAT GOT I SLICE! BREAD WAS HARD ALL THE WAY I AM VERY ANGRY!

Definitely my favorite form of delivery. Fast, great service, and affordable.

I order lunch from here several times a month and they always deliver great tasting food quickly. It’s a great comfort to know they have me covered when my work overwhelms me and I am unable to get away for lunch. The delivery drivers are also friendly and helpful. They forgot my drink on one order and they promptly re-​delivered it. Very highly recommended for the too busy for lunch crowd.

Will not deliver 2.5 mikes away? We will not drive that far either. Public’s subs are better anyways

Good food, manager is nice but the staff there was maybe two customers and they had 8 workers all under 23 at most! And they were just joking around and messing around and I actually saw when I was eating through a reflection under the coke machine I saw one guy with his hand in his shirt feeling himself… Never going there again go to a different jimmy johns
Oh not to add when I was ordering I have a speech problem and the guy kept correcting me until I got the name of the sandwich right… I’m like rude thought about walking away right then

Love me some Jimmy Johns! This is the only place where I’ll eat tuna salad. The tuna is neither mushy nor dry as it is at other places. And, holy cow, if you think they’re fast in the store then place an order online and see how quick you get it. I don’t know how they do it but they always get food to me within 15 – 20 min of ordering. That’s quicker than if you’re sitting in a restaurant! And it is good! Love this place

I get my JJ fix exclusively one way: delivered! About once a week (particularly if the weather is nasty) I’ll order Jimmy John’s delivery. Here’s why:
1) They are FAST! They frequently deliver within 20 minutes of my order, and my office is about 2 miles away on a busy, slow road.
2) They are reliable; with the rare exception of not getting mustard packets, my order is exactly right, every time.
3) The price is right: good-​sized subs around $ 6, and no delivery charge… not even a delivery minimum order! Of course, a tip is the right thing to do, but if you go in with someone else, that cuts your tip cost in half.
4) Ordering on their Web site is fast and drama-​free.
My misgivings are minor: I wish they had some more flavorful options (though adding oregano helps), and I wish they offered a few hot subs like they have at Firehouse.

I always made fun of my friends because EVERY time I would come to their house (which is at least 4X a week), I would either see Jimmy John’s wrappers or I would hear the doorbell ring and it would be Jimmy John’s. Honestly, I am shocked I am writing a review before them, as they have consumed an easy 100+ subs from this place (and I am only talking about the last 3 – 4 months).
And then I decided to order online one day… I can see why they do it! The ordering online thing is awesome, as it is fully customizable and I haven’t seen them mess up an order to date. Hell, I have ordered at 1030 in the morning (they open at 11) and they came to the house at 10:55. I can respect that!
I have come to like the JJ Gargantuan, with double bacon. I won’t lie, this sandwich is huge and unhealthy– but it fills me up after a brutal day at work.
The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is the amount of overall sodium in their meats– I mean it feels like I nibbled on a salt wheel when I finish.
The people are friendly, the food comes quick, and the store is clean. Not bad for another sub place around town that ALSO delivers!
