I am a student at Reinhardt University, which is right next to this plaza. Before every class I stop in for coffee. Just like most Starbucks locations, its always better to walk in instead of using the drive thru. That said, my drinks always came out in timley manner and made correctly. I love talking to the staff about weird and different drink ideas and trying something new. Staff is always friendly-with Carl in particular standing out as a friendly face. Attention to detail is great. This is probably the only Starbucks location I’ve been to that actually reads the names on the Gold Cards. On occasion they have run out of products, flavors, or cup sizes, but overall thats a minor inconvience. Great store overall. For a year and a half I went here everyday before class(as did several other classmates). Only stopped because I graduated and am no longer in the area. This is one of the better managed locations for sure.

They might want to practice listening to your order at the drive thru … EVERY time I have been thru they screw my drink up [nothing complicated just a venti iced coffee 4 splendas extra cream and light ice]. I just don’t have the time or patience first thing in the morning to correct it [I know I should but mean me in the morning isn’t pretty]… smh this morning light ice might have sounded like extra ice UGHUGHUGH!!!

This Starbucks location was pretty small, with indoor seating for less than 30 people. There are some outdoor tables with umbrellas as well. I ordered an Iced Americano and was not too impressed with the service. The Americano was fine, but you can’t really mess that up anyway. I ended up working here for about two hours before leaving. The noise level was fine, except for one minute where an employee cranked up the sound and it became overbearingly loud. This was fixed by a manager shortly after. I only gave it 3 stars becuase it is so small and the service was barely average compared to the larger Starbucks up the street. BUT they have a drive thru which could change my rating in the future.

This location is just like every other Starbucks except for a couple of things. The drive-thru line is absolutely ridiculous and no matter what the temp or weather outside it is consistently 60 degrees inside. I simply cannot walk in to this store anymore, it is painfully cold. Do they do it on purpose so people won’t linger? Not that I want to be one of those super-pretentious duds that spends 4 hours mooching off their free wi-fi but it would be very nice to be able to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee. Ain’t happening here. Due to the hostile conditions inside and out we usually just run into the Starbucks inside the Kroger down the road and grab our coffee there.

Overall, a decent Starbucks. After the interior change from last year, there are plenty of seats(due to the community desk). The baristas are polite and courteous, and service is generally fast and good. Plus, there is plenty of parking. The only downside is that this place can get busy(especially on the weekends and during lunch/dinner Rush Hour). Since this Starbucks is on Old Milton Parkway, expect traffic both on the road and inside the store during normal traffic-time. However, if you are in the area, and if you have time to kill, then I recommend this Starbucks for you. PS: bring a jacket… This store can get a little chilly the longer you are there

Slow!!! And why do i need to sign a receipt for a gold card free drink? This place is the epitome of «I don’t care corporate coffee shop».

Visited this Starbucks for the first time this morning and was not impressed. Went through the drive thru and ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte(which was advertised with a large picture on the menu) and a breakfast sandwich. I was told, sorry, we’re all done with Pumpkin Spice Lattes, they are no more, gone the way of the dinosaurs, etc. First of all: um, what? There’s a picture of it taking up a whole third of your menu. Secondly, is November not also part of fall, therefore part of pumpkin season? If memory serves, I’ve always been able to get PSL through November. Pretty sure they were BSing me, I’ll have to try another Starbucks to see. But whatever, I got a Gingerbread Latte and called it a day. Was greeted by a grumpy barista at the window and was on my way. Only to sip my latte and find no traces of Gingerbread or even a hint of sweetness. Tasted like gas station coffee. Had to go home and add my own flavored creamer to make it even drinkable. Never had to doctor a Starbucks beverage before, today was a first. Oh, and my breakfast sandwich was cold. For $ 9 I expected so much more. So glad I didn’t tip, as is my habit at worthier Starbucks. Will be reluctant to return here, and if I do, I’ll be going in the store so I can return the drink to ensure it gets made correctly. Not impressed at all.

I usually do not review Starbucks, but the service could have been better. It was not bad, but I almost overpaid for a beverage. I ordered a Grande Oprah Chai Tea Latte and paid using my Starbucks card. I was then informed they did not have what was essential to make the drink, so I settled for a Classic Chai Tea Latte. I had to inform the barista that there was a difference in price. If I had not mentioned it, I would have overpaid for the Classic Chai beverage. She confirmed with a manager, my card was reloaded with the previous amount paid and then the correct amount was debited. She was nice about the situation however, I expected her to know that the Oprah Chai was slightly higher in price. The Teavana® Oprah Chai Tea Latte tastes better, in my opinion!

Great if you want a cup of coffee. Horrid if you actually want to get some work done. All of the tables wobble. I feel like I’m typing in an earthquake. Also, I understand that this is Georgia and there are bugs that run rampant all over the state, but they seem to congregate inside of this Starbucks. They are going to rise up and take over the establishment if nobody does anything about it.

After a long hike at vickery creek trail, we stopped at this starbucks to get some drinks and kill time until our lunch place would open. The staff was very friendly but it took them a long time to get my iced tea. They also had fizzio in menu but I didn’t see the big machine they show in ads. Sometimes I do wonder why I waste my money on silly drinks at starbcks but then when you are craving sugar and thirsty you got to throw such thoughts out and go for it. This branch also had outdoor seating with umbrellas, which was a plus.

I literally sit here while writing this. The employees are arguing and complaint about each other and about customers. I myself was a starbucks barista for about 1.5 years. I know the policies and this store by far is one of the worst. Gossip, Cussing Shouting and making fun of customers as they leave. WOW a girl just called a customer an EFFIN Prick. I kid you not this store is a joke

I enjoy visiting this location because the staff here is very friendly. The only con about this location is the limited seating area. As it was raining today, I was hoping to settle down and grab some treats and do some work on my computer, but to my dismay, every available seat was occupied. Yet, there seemed to be more people venturing inside as I was leaving. This place seems to be very popular as it is located in a semi convenient and popular area of Alpharetta. Parking is plentiful because it is at the corner of a shopping strip. Oh, there is a drive-thru at this location if you do not want to park and waver through people to grab your caffeine of the day. I almost forgot… If you ask the staff to split your transaction so you can earn more stars, the response will be a polite no. Other locations don’t really care or mind, but this location seems to be a stickler. :)

Great staff and service, horrible plumbing in the womans restroom. Shame on you local Starbucks. I will let your corporate office know asap! Took pictures. Change out the facet. Gross, will not be back to this location.

Staff & product are pretty much what you would expect at any Starbucks. Interior is small, and drive-through is poorly designed(in all fairness, that isn’t completely the fault of Starbucks.) The drive-through has the potential to back up onto the access road quite easily during a rush, making entrance to the complex difficult. It loops around from and back to the complex entrance, whereas they might have been better served to wrap it around the building. During rush hour, you may not be able to find a place to sit here. Of course, that’s often an issue at larger locations, as well.

If you are passing by this is a great«stop n’ go» Starbucks. However, if you are looking for a place to sit and get the Starbucks experience, don’t waste your time. This Starbucks is surrounded by many businesses, and apartment complex, and is on the route of many commuters. And it serves it’s purpose perfectly. The drinks are just as good and the service is exceptional. The few tables at the outdoor patio are nice if you don’t mind the constant foot traffic. Also, don’t get too frustrated with the parking. It matches the limited space available inside. Basically, this is your morning commute drive thru Starbucks. If you’re looking to unwind and get work done with your coffee… Travel to another location, you won’t regret it.

This one is ok, nothing special sandwiched in-between other shops and the parking sucks. Will go to the other location when I have time.
