WORSTPLACEEVER!!! only reason i don’t give 1 star is because i like the chocolate cake. but the food is not authentic ATALL. It’s not even real asian food. but the service is terrible it always takes forever to get food and they always forget our order sometimes.

The manager had asked us if our food was delicious. He was the one who was better than the food. Food was okay, I definitely enjoyed the fried rice better than the other entrée’s.

First impression did they leave the ac so low so you have to hurry up and eat! It was sooo cold when we sat down and we had to ask to be moved because we were literally shivering. On to the better part, our server was excellent and knowledgeable about the menu. Glad to hear that the lamb special is back for the summer in this location(psyched about that!) My favorite to order here is the chicken lettuce wrap(sad to say the presentation has changed since we last visited a PF changs). Can’t make your own sauce anymore. Was a bit disappointed with this visit…

Very friendly stuff, cool ambient, food is Americanized but still awesome! Try the Kung Pao Chicken and dumplings! Surprisingly good place.

I’m not one for chain restaurants. But I had a good experience this night. Mostly due to my great server Aileen.

Had a great time at PF last night with the wifey. We have eaten at this location a few times, and the food has always been on point. It’s a bit pricey, but not disproportionately to the quality of the food. These days, it’s not often the wife and I get to go out by ourselves. Normally, we have a baby with us. We got a gift certificate for Xmas, and managed to get a babysitter, so Chang’s it was! Being a Wednesday, the place was not at all crowded. Our server, Aileen was awesome. Being former restaurant staff ourselves, servers and establishments as a whole get no shortage of scrutiny from us. We’re both very critical of any restaurant we frequent, and are not at all shy with our critiques. Food was great as usual. I would have only a few suggestions. 1) when you order a large wine, they pour you a glass from a carafe and take the remainder away until you finish what you have. Leave the carafe. Don’t take any food or beverage item away from my table if I plan on consuming all of it. That’s weird and unnecessary. It might be in order to keep it cold or something like that, but I don’t care. I don’t want any food or beverage brought out, taken back, and then served again. I want everything I order to arrive and stay at my table. 2) Make sure that all beverages are properly garnished. We ordered an after-dinner drink to share that should have been garnished with a cinnamon stick and orange peel. The garnish, in a case like this, does not simply look nice. It imparts flavor and aroma necessary to the drink. So, though uninitiated dummies might not understand the value of properly garnishing a beverage, many of us do. Make sure they all arrive at the table correctly garnished. 3) Close off the threshold between the dining area and the kitchen. Any server worth their salt knows how to properly maneuver and announce their entry and exit. For the most part, customers don’t want to hear or see the kitchen. They want their food to magically arrive with no idea how it is prepared. Having the open entry is just noisy. That’s pretty much it. Obviously just nit picking, other than the beverage garnish. That’s very important. All in all, a great restaurant, and we look forward to going back!

What a terrible place; total waste of money and time. We have been there two times. Both times servers were out of hands slow, wouldn’t show up very long time and both times they messed up our order: would bring wrong dishes, wrong side orders etc. Food was okay; you can get the same, and sometimes better quality at a small local Chinese buffet. Last drop was when they didn’t bring the dish I have ordered(just totally forgot to bring it), but still included it in the final bill. I understand that sometimes errors happen and I never make big deal out of it, but this place was a classic example of poorly managed restaurant with unprofessional crew and very mediocre food. Avoid this location(unless you enjoy poor service and so-so food).

I can’t really complain about the food, it’s your typical P.F. Changs. But the service sucks. Come here with patience. It’ll be a while before you order your food, a little longer to get it, and just see how long it takes when they forget something. Location wise it’s at a good spot with ample parking. Usually no wait so if they change management and staff I think they can definitely improve their ratings.

Poor service. All I can say. Picking up soup only. Promise time 6:35, still waiting around 7:00.

We arrived at 6:15pm and was told there was a 45 min wait. We waited 1 hour 30 mins in total. The food was mediocre at best and once our dish came out we did not have serving spoons in our dishes. This was not the best location to enjoy a PF Chang’s experience.

This was pretty good. Even though the lunch prices are about the same as dinner prices. I paid $ 13 for hot and sour soup and spicy chicken with fried rice. The soup was $ 2 extra and the fried rice was $ 1 extra. I enjoyed the meal. It wasn’t special enough for me to be in a rush to come back though. The bartender was super friendly when I ordered to go.

I’m a little surprised at some of the reviews of P F Changs. Yes, it’s a chain, but I’ve eaten at a number of them around the country and never been disappointed. The service is always good even when they are crowded(as they usually are). The portions are sized correctly if you don’t over order. The food is great, the décor is good, the tables are spaced so that you can have a conversation with your dining companion and not with the people next to you. And the bars are pretty good especially compared against bars in other Asian dining establishments. The Alpharetta location is big enough that I haven’t had to wait for seating at any time.

Ricky has never been to a PF Chang’s(typical old school asian) so he was curious about the lettuce wrap I always talk about so we decided to stop by here on the way home one day from the outlet. Nice thing about this place is the location is safe, waiters are nice, and no wait. First time going to a PF Changs and my last name isnt Chang anymore :(

I’ve been here three times and each visit was the same. The service is terrible, each guest received their food at different times, it wasn’t clean and we were over charged. Fortunately, they corrected the charge error without any issues. I’ve visited other P F Chang’s locations before and enjoyed the experience. This location is the worst!

Typical PF Chang, there is nothing special about this place. It’s definitely better than any other other Asian restaurant in Alpharetta; so there is no reason not to give it a try if you’re in mood for some Chinese food.

PF Changs is a chain restaurant but it serves higher quality Chinese food. They have a price fix menu that serves two people for 39.95. You get soup, appetizer, two entrees and a small dessert. They also have a rewards program where you get 1000 points for signing up and 5 points for each dollar spent once you reach 2000 pts you get a free entrée. The atmosphere is fancier than your typical Chinese restaurant but you would still feel comfortable in jeans. I really enjoy most of their food. The lettuce wraps are delicious. I also really like the Mongolian beef — I substitute green beans for the green onions. Delicious. I do not like their mixed drinks. They are weak and the juices are bitter. The wine and beer menu is what you would expect at a chain restaurant.

Love PF Chang’s! They rock. Placed was packed tonight so others must agree. Need to get this location’s rating up because they are better than a «3». Usually get the beef Mongolian but got the chicken pad Thai — very good. And like how they have a bunch of gluten free options. I will be back.

Went here for dinner on a Friday eve. Wasn’t pleased with the service. It was a pretty busy night so i could understand the waitress was under a little pressure. Waited quite a while for our entrée of lobster rolls, came without the sauce we ordered. I had reminded the waitress that we ordered some sauce, we ended up finishing the entrée without the sauce — i guess she forgot. Main course wasn’t great, kinda bland in taste and we also waited a long while for that to come. Overall the lobster rolls were the highlight. Kinda regret ordering everything else we had but hey it was an experience. 2 stars for me. I don’t think i’ll be going there again.

So this one my first time at this restaurant and I will have to say that I have had better… First things first the waitress was nice but the service sucked. It took so long for us to get our food when we did receive it we had to ask for take out boxes so we could get back to work. Secondly, the food really wasn’t all of that. I now find myself wondering what all of the hoopla was about so to make this short and sweet. I don’t ever have to go there again.

I am not impressed with P.F. Chang’s, particularly at this location. One item I like on the menu is from the deserts, the banana spring rolls served with coconut-pineapple ice cream are good. Otherwise, the other items from the menu I have tried are just okay. «Fancy moderate quality American-Chinese» cuisine. I recall from years ago that I dined-in and ordered the Chilean sea bass; it was just okay. Most recently, I placed my order online and selected a pick-up time. I entered and proceeding to the bar and after waiting a few minutes to be acknowledged, I informed a member of the staff I was picking-up an order. I ordered«Singapore Street Noodles». Comparing P.F. Chang’s Singapore Mei Fun to a local place that servers the same dish, P.F. Chang’s fell short. Too much soy sauce and not enough chicken and shrimp. The cost for additional chicken or shrimp is not worth it. I also did not like the cilantro in the dish. I could have excluded it from the order, but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to whoever designed it. I visited again recently to give P.F. Chang’s another chance, but I would rather go to Panda Express or one of the many American-Chinese cuisine restaurants in the area.
