PC EMT Computer & iPhone Repair

I brought in my sister’s iPhone 4s for its cracked front screen. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and professional. I dropped the phone off, came back, and it looked good as new. I highly recommend this place.

After breaking my phone on Sunday and thinking there’s no way this can be repaired, I ended up buying a new phone. Well I gave it a shot a couple days later on getting it repaired and found this place near my work. The man at the front counter was very professional and explained everything to me, and even offered me options. Well I decided to see if they could repair it and left it with them. Came back after lunch and too my surprise, they had fixed the phone and got everything working. If you had seen my phone before repair, you wouldn’t believe it as I was a little skeptical that it would work. I just want to thank this place again for repairing my phone and I would highly recommend this place.
I don’t write many reviews but when a place deserves it, I’ll take my time to write one and this place deserved it.

Needed to replace iPhone screen. They were efficient, affordable and the most reliable. Best place out of n Fulton and Alpharetta.

I hate to admit that I am a complete klutz and have now ruined my screen four times in one year. I also hate to tell you the cost on that many replacements. So I was about to turn my phone in for a new one when I dropped it on my wood floor and somehow broke the LCD screen. I went to Verizon Wireless and they did not do repairs there but directed me to this place. I was warmly greeted upon arriving and the manager there was incredibly professional. He quoted me $ 69 for the replacement screen and said it would be about a 40 minute wait. I ran a couple errands and came back to the store and found that my phone was not quite ready yet. No problem. FYI they have free Wi-​Fi. There was a girl there who is throwing a complete fit about how long it was taking and she was incredibly rude and difficult when he asked for her password. I was pretty shocked at the behavior but the man kept his school and stay completely polite and professional with her. I got my screen fixed and I showed him my iPad because it had a small crack in the corner. He actually discouraged me from getting it replaced because it did not affect anything on the screen. I was truly impressed with that. He also told me that the last place I had my screen replaced did not screw all the screws back in! No wonder the vibrator never worked since! Do not go to Cellaris at Mall of Georgia. I cannot believe how inept these people were and what a slack job they did by cracking my screen when they replaced it and also ruining the vibrator function. I can tell you I have a number to have screens replaced at other places and I will go nowhere else from here on out.

I found out about this store via Craigslist and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Upon walking in the door I was treated like a guest and I received nothing but positive vibes. The guy who works at the front desk is extremely nice and generous, the staff is also very welcoming. I order iPhone screens in bulk from this location and I receive great prices as well as quality parts. For anything I need I make sure to go to PC EMT!!!

These guys are the best, after using a different company that messed up my iPhone 6 I decided to come here and check them out. I spoke to a nice gentlemen on the phone who informed me of price and how long the repair would be. More importantly it sounded like they were really concerned about getting my device restored.
I came in and was greeted as a «guest» instead of a «customer.» They fixed my iPhone 6 in under 30 min and my phone was back to new. Great job pc emt, I am actually going to bring my laptop here tomorrow. I am so excited to find a cell phone repair company that actually cares about my phone well being instead of just money. Thanks to the staff zo (at the front) and dee and jerry who fixes the phones there, they all are great guys. I had a great experience here and for anyone that doesn’t (not sure why). These guys are great!

We’ve been using PC EMT for several years. They are great and always fix the problem the first time. I’ve referred them to family and friends, who have also been pleased. They even traveled to my Aunts home to set up a wireless network and get everything running smoothly on that. They are great and reasonably priced. You computer is generally fixed that day too!

My Dell laptop came down with a virus (my sister watched Korean drama on it — BEWARE). I took it to PC EMT the next day. It took them 24hrs to make a diagnosis, no big ’cause I got school computers I could use in the mean time. After the diagnosis, the repair was finished within a couple of hours. The staff was very nice and courteous and helpful since I’m such a noob when it comes to computer repair.
Overall, the service I received was fast and reasonably priced. Will definitely be visiting them for all my computer troubles.
