Save yourselves, just don’t go. This place is just-it really needs to be shut down, the salad bar looked terrible and we waited 40 minutes to get our food AND every single plate was wrong except the kids’ meal which came out like the third meal out of the kitchen. It was terrible — don’t go.

On a very slow Sunday afternoon the service was almost non-existent. After speaking with the manager he rectified our situation and made regular checks. The blackened Tilapia was delicious and the new salad bar takes a little bit to get used to. The atmosphere is pretty nice and the place is clean. I will be returning as most experienced have been nice.

It had been quite a while since we visited RT. Pleasantly surprised at the changes. The re-vamped salad bar is awesome. Sautéed brussel sprouts, roasted broccolli, lots of interesting toppings. The salad bar makes a fine meal at 9.99, and you can add a protein(chicken, shrimp, etc. for a few more bucks. Chicken breast was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Our server, who told us her name but I’m ashamed to say I can’t recall it, was amazing; in her 50’s, thin, with short brown hair… provided the kind of service you get at the finest restaurants in the city.

Ok. It’s a chain restaurant. Been here before and expectation are average. Armed with a two-for-price-of-one email coupon for the«garden bar» my wife and I brought her Mom along. It looks like they may have done a surface makeover inside with the booths and new carpeting, the place just looked a little newer and cleaner(maybe it was just my new glasses). The Garden Bar is the old RT’s salad bar — but with a significant and surprisingly good makeover of its own. 72 items clustered in groups. Plenty of everything and being replenished constantly. Many of the same old salad bar items have remained but things like the tiny tomatoes lave been sliced in half — same item with new presentation. Roasted veggies have been added and you’ll find dishes with kale and Brussel sprouts coated with a tasty sauce. Snow peas with a ginger /sesame sauce was real good. Several crunchy items are now available including RT’s signature pumpernickel croutons now joined by tortilla strips and candied walnuts. It took two trips to try most of the new dishes. It was fresh, probably healthier and was all I needed to fill up. If you haven’t been to RT’s in a while and are looking for a veggie meal(though they do have cubed ham) try the Garden Bar. We were pleasantly surprised. Good job RT.

I’m totally baffled by the negative reviews. My husband and I come here sort of regularly, and I sing its praises to my friends(and to their amusement). We always get seated right away, and our servers are usually(but not always) great. [special shoutout to the lady who usually works Friday evenings on the right hand side of the restaurant– she’s awesome] Our food and drinks have always been delicious, and we’ve tried numerous different items both dining in and to-go. One our favorites is the triple prime burger. I’ve had a couple super disappointing burger experiences recently at high-end restaurants, and it’s crazy to me that they did such a bad job when Ruby Tuesday does a great one every time. It doesn’t hurt either that there’s always a coupon we can use. Although it probably usually causes us to order more than we should.

This is the second time I visited and while the food was good and the service was professional, the place does not make you feel welcome! Not sure if it is worth visiting at all!

I guess the old saying that, «Fact is stranger than Fiction» is really true. As I write this review, it sounds almost too bad to believe that it really happen. Unfortunately, this is all factual. I took my Children to this Ruby Tuesday location on Sunday evening. It was around 6:45 p.m. and the restaurant was, at best, 25% full. We were seating immediately, although it took at least 5 minutes before our server came by. As soon as we were seated, we placed our order for dinner and drinks. I had a table of full of hungry kids and I had been to this location two weeks earlier on a busy Saturday night and the service was pretty slow. It took at least 10 minutes for our drinks to be served. When I finally got our server’s attention, she said that she was waiting on the drinks. During this time, the table next to us was complaining about something. Our server repeatedly apologized to them. While we were waiting on the food to be served, we checked out the new and improved salad bar. While I was at the salad bar, a different employee was replenishing the selection. I asked her if there were any beets available. She angrily shook her head and looked at me like I asked the craziest question in the world. Then, my daughter literally found what looked like a human hair in her salad. We ultimately waited over an hour for our food from the kitchen to be served. I had to track down our server in the back to ask for a drink refill and ask when our food would be delivered. Throughout this dining nightmare, our server seemed to randomly disappear for 10 to 15 minutes at a time, even though there was hardly any other tables in the vicinity. The final straw and reason that I am writing this review is my experience trying to pay the check. Our server walked by and brought the check to a different table. I motioned with my hands and said, «Excuse me.» Our server literally right looked at me and walked back into the kitchen. She was gone for over 15 minutes. I asked to speak to the Manager. He apologized and said that our server was really busy. When I mentioned that his restaurant was empty, he said that she had to split up the check at another table. While I was paying, a different server was loudly complaining to the Manager that, «this is a bunch of bulls**t.» This whole dining experience took almost an hour and 45 minutes. On top of everything else, all of us feel really ill. Not sure if it is the food, the bad service, or both.

First of all let me start with saying. If you hate your job quit. You having 25% full is not busy. So do look all miserable(host) people don’t want to see that when they first come in. 2nd don’t complain when ask to sit in a booth and you have 8 open and say let me check if we have any open. «We are just so busy right now» no your not. If your under staff that different(manager can make the the schedule right) Then order come appetizer Comes out cold. Dinner comes out wrong. Didn’t even Want to risk it on some dessert. I will never again come back.

Super slow service, at bar and bartender took 10 minutes to attend me then 10 more to take food order.

A couple of my friends and I went there last night. The host was more into talking to his or her friend than seating us. The bartender was our server, did not introduce himself. A guy with glasses and a tattoo on his arm. Had no answers to our questions. At one point all the servers went outside. He’s was very rude. As all of us at the table were servers, it was super disappointing. The manager never came over during our meal to see how it was. The hospitality is zero. The food was OK at best. The best thing about the place was the salad bar.

Visited this Ruby Tuesday on a mall run Friday noon, and the place was almost empty with a couple booths filled. We were seated immediately and passed the menus. I eventually ordered the tilapia with grilled zucchini and broccoli. The food arrived pretty quickly. The tilapia was on the dry side and underseasoned. The zucchini, on the other hand, had a nice char to it, but was a bit on the oily side. Overall, portion size and quality was not worth the $ 14 I had to spend for it, so I was quite disappointed. Service too was lacking. My waiter wasn’t courteous and mumbled a lot throughout my meal, not even acknowledging me whenever I say«thank you» to him. There are better Ruby Tuesday restaurants out there, so I don’t recommend coming here.

Really nice family friendly environment. Service was good. Food was good. Will definitely go back. Loved the salad bar as usual.

What’s the point of having a host/hostess when they just stare at you and don’t greet you. Not only that they give you the vibe of not wanting you to be there and them not wanting to be there. Few times this happened and not once did they utter a single word walked is to the table and gave us a menu. So much for southern hospitality. The food is good but presentation is lacking these days. Management needs to step up as it seems things are slipping from previous visits.

First of all I knew better than to come here but I was hungry and still had plenty of back to school shopping to do. And needed an afternoon cocktail. Not crowded as usual. I immediately sank into the seat as I sat down. .no cushion. My drink was the worst«top shelf» long island I’ve ever had. My pretzel turkey burger was wrong. The waitress brought me a small plate for me to put my burger on it to take it back to «fix» it. Uh… no. I shouldve had a whole new burger made. The salad bar lacks everything. Only meat option was ham. Will not return. I won’t be surprised if this place shuts down

I have been to this Ruby Tuesdays before, actually quite a few times over the years, but recently the quality has slipped. They keep changing their menu each time I go so I have to reacquaint myself each time or maybe it’s just been a while between each visit and I am getting old, anyway when the waitress showed us to our table there was a sound coming from my shoes, they were sticking to the floor with each step, this should have been my clue to turn around and make a dash for the door, but regretfully I did not. I ordered a buffalo chicken burger with the garden bar. When I went to the salad bar, there was that sticking noise again, all along the front of the salad bar floor the floor was sticky. Then the lady next to me at the salad bar, literally step out of her sandal, she stared at her shoe for a second with her foot raised in the air until it registered on her what had happen, she reclaimed her sandal and continued on. Do you remember the old commercial, «Where’s the beef» for me it was where is the chicken? There was so much bun as compared to chicken. The cheese biscuits never showed up even though my dinner companions had ordered meals. In short, both the service and quality has decreased here.

May 28th2015 we ate dinner and both my husband and I had alcoholic beverages. We have eaten here in the past many times when the food use to be more substantial like the hamburgers and fish and the steak. We have tried many times over the last 3 years or so and see no changes are being made. On this visit however my husband feels he was poisoned with visine. He had explosive diarrhea within minutes of leaving the restaurant. We went back after to complain to the manager who did nothing about the matter. We plan on reporting this

My family and I used to love Ruby Tuesday until things started to change. The biggest change was the price increase and downsizing of portions. The deal breaker and the last time we visited was on Mother’s Day. We walk in sit down and prepare to order the ribs. We are told that they are sold out. What? You don’t say that to a mother on Mother’s Day. We left without ordering and have never eaten her again. I actually don’t miss it since I now make my own absolutely delicious ribs and I can feed a family of four for what it cost to feed two at Ruby’s.

My mom, sister in law, niece and myself wanted to grab lunch together and shop a bit. I was visiting for the holidays and I think all we do is eat and shop. My mommy asked where did I want to go and I remembered Ruby Tuesday, I have not been there since I have lived in the Bay Area, and I remember their delicious salad bar with those yummy brown croutons. We walked inside, the four of us together, and we were the only people standing at the hostess area. The hostess walked up, looking irritated, staring at us for an uncomfortably long time before speaking to us. It was weird. He rudely said, «Well, how many?» I said, «Just us four.» He shrugged his shoulders and sashayed us through the place and led us to our table. He was really rude, the lack of hospitality was amazing. I almost wanted to leave, and if it were just me I would have. But, it was not my decision… who causes a scene? Not me, I am just hungry. I looked at the menu and there it was – Shrimp and Grits! Heck yeah, this is why I love the south. They have sausage in this item, I just do not know why they put sausage in Shrimp and Grits, boo ;(The server did not bother tell me, I neglected to read the description. Oh well, my fault. I refuse to complain to service professionals, I mean, it was my fault… I will take it to go and a family member can eat it later. I toured the large salad bar, and that was a hit. My family enjoyed their meals and I loved the salad bar. Our server came around here and there, but I really felt the whole«hospitality vibe» was amiss at this Ruby Tuesday’s location. Refills were tough to come by for my sister and niece, offers for cocktail orders did not happen – I actually walked to the bar area myself for my mommy, plates were not pre-bussed, check backs never happened. The good news is I do not live in the area and I will not make the mistake of returning my next Atlanta visit, and I do give them two stars for the wonderful salad bar and for the fact that my beautiful niece did enjoy her Mac n Cheese… if Amane is happy, Aunt Stephani is happy ;) I think a training course in hospitality would be great for this location. I am a firm believer in the fact that the guest is NOT always right, but the guest is still the guest – help us out, please. Still catching up on my Thanksgiving reviews… thank you for being patient. This was before that awful foot surgery… I am just happy I could visit my fam and teach them about Unilocal. Stephani Cannot Smile for Ruby Tuesday’s ;(

The atmosphere here was a tad shabby for my liking. The restaurant was a bit dark and not very welcoming. Overall, a pretty okay place. Their lunch menu choices were limited though since the waitress said there were only 5 items or so. These are actually part of the regular menu, but I think since it’s a half portion or something, the prices are lower. I don’t understand this, but that’s what we were told. Well, on the bright side there’s the salad bar where you can help yourself. Do not get the crab cakes from the appetizer area since it’s literally one patty for approximately $ 12. That’s my friend’s warning. It was good, but not worth it. As for me, I got the spicy jalapeño pretzel burger. It was deliciously thick and succulent, but it wasn’t that spicy. Although way too greasy, it definitely hit the spot as I had to-go the other half. It came with really good fries too. The service was okay. Our waitress was attentive enough, but she lacked that genuineness. But, not everyone will give it their all so this is no way counting again her. She smiled and checked up on us; that is good enough. Overall, this place is just average in all categories.

salad bar is on point! So many options and unlimited amounts of yummy greens. Cheap and filling I got the steak, wasn’t great. Chewy and blah Boyfriend got the chicken fingers and he liked them, fries weren’t great. Service was good, our waitress was nice and explained the menu.
