I have lived at seven pines since December 2014. The community itself is quiet and everyone really keeps to themselves. The downside is management, we moved in and were told that water, sewer, and trash was INCLUDED in the rent and lately(since mid-summer) we have received statements saying we owe for the water. The amounts are ridiculous and I know we are not using the amount of water they are trying to bill us for. On top of the fact we are not supposed to be being billed for water anyway. There are no return vents in the master bedroom so it gets really hot/cold(in winter) in the master bedroom because the air/heat does not circulate properly. The bugs are HORRIBLE!!! Bugs are EVERYWHERE! Do not lease a bottom/terrace level unit, if you do you will be plagued with bugs. We like the community events they have and indoor/outdoor pool but it’s just not worth over $ 1000/month for bugs, no air circulation, and price inflation for INCLUDED utilities. Also you can only use AT&T for cable and internet, you have absolutely NOCHOICE in which provider you want and the electric is solely through Sawnee electric, If you were like me and had GA Power you can NOT transfer service which was definitely a burden when moving. The price you are paying is more than a mortgage on a house! It’s not worth it and we will not be renewing our lease in a few months… Seven Pines has lost another tenant but according to the leasing agent they dont care about keeping us here because business is good… Good riddens!
