I have always found this store to be very helpful I’ve been a t-​mobile customer for many years and I usually try to go to this store. In all fairness all the t-​mobile stores I’ve gone into have always been helpful. Overall t-​mobile is my first choice. What they lack in coverage area then make up in customer service.

Thank goodness for «Tree» because he helped walk Jayne through the process of giving me back «responsibility» of my own phone number, anyhoo my #1 tip when running into any issues with any service providers is to make sure you talk to the people with the most seniority because for some reason the new kids dont like to seem clueless so it may end up causing customers more headache than they deserve vs. just asking their manager for help. So far enjoying my. new Sony z1s although some weirdness has occured… tmobile has redeemed itself for the most part with pricing and options.
