I LOVE The Eye Gallery! Every single person there is so nice and helpful! By far the best experience I have had at any eye doctor I’ve ever been to! I will be a lifelong customer!

The worst service you can have to get a prescription. The doctor is fine but the rest of the staff is absolutely horrible. It’s taken me six months to coordinate and schedule contact fittings because the staff orders the wrong or not enough samples.

Exceeding expectations faster than promised.
First off, I can’t speak for the exam visit as I made the mistake of going to another doctor in the mall, only to find out that, in-​fact my eye insurance was not accepted at that chain. My review is only of the sales/​ordering process that was handled perfectly.
I was greeted immediately by Dion, whom handled my choices of frames/​lenses well, and showed me all my options for my insurance carrier, which I turned down for nicer name-​branded pieces. He asked my usage of my glasses so as not to sell me a coating that wouldn’t work with my career choice, which utilizes chemicals on a regular basis. His extra questions and genuine approach made choosing the correct frames and lenses really easy.
He promised me the lenses and frames in 10 – 12 days, but it was 7 days, which makes seeing clearer a little easier. Fit and finish was spot-​on, and again a nice conversation with Dion made the purchase a little easier. I am definitely returning to get sunglasses as soon as my eye-​insurer allows.

Had another wonderful experience at Eye Gallery today. I started going to Visionworks when I was laid off because I thought it was cheaper. You definitely get what you pay for because for only slightly more out of pocket I got a fantastically thorough exam by Dr. Simone Lewis (who is a delight) and had A++ customer service by Rose. The people there are so nice and the choices and styles so vast that you could just stay all day. The are really knowledgable about insurance and they work with you to find the best solution to your vision problems. I am never going anywhere else from here on out. All vision places are busy, these guys multitask like nobody else and you always feel very well taken care of. Please don’t change or go away. Customer Service is not dead in America!!!

This is where I go to get my eyes checked by Dr. Locke. I have diabetes, so eye exams must be extremely thorough. I have been to four different places for eye exams, but this is the one place that I have ever found that does so many different tests so thoroughly. They are precise and careful. The professionalism is OUTSTANDING.
I don’t know about the other reviewing and his experience buying sunglasses. I do not purchase eye wear there, since they only carry high-​end stuff. Alpharetta is the Beverly Hills of Atlanta, so buying almost anything there is too expensive.
