Was told it would take an hour for my repair. An hour and a 45 min later I sat for 25 minutes without one person coming up to help more and even apologize for the wait. Am I invisible? This is why people put off stuff like this. They don’t want to lose their whole day! Finally I went up to who I assumed was the manager and my glasses were sitting there ready THEWHOLETIME. The lady that served me was 2 ft away from me and completely acted like I was invisible, along with every other employee that was there when I came in the first time.(This is a very small store…) The only pro was the manager tried to apologize insensirely and offered free glass cleaner… So frustrated. My day is shot now.

I honestly have such anxiety trying a new location for anything. a new office to have an eye exam and get new specs was no different. long story short, I am difficult. this location is conveniently five minutes from where I work and I was trying to schedule something to where I wouldn’t have to drive out on my day off. Michelle, the receptionist on the Alpharetta Eye Associate side of the business, was great. I had to reschedule and we tried figuring out when would be best for me to come in and I told her I would call back. ten minutes later, she called ME with a perfect time for me to come in on a different day. now that’s what I’m talking about! I came in for my appointment and they were so timely, as I unfortunately was not. I immediately was given a clipboard to fill out and a few minutes later I was in a room to do the initial testing. my optometrists name was Brenda W., and she was great. she was attentive and kind. Brenda and her team were great(I am incredibly hard to please, mind you). they kept me informed when I was waiting after I had my eyes dilated. I looked at their frames and found a beautiful pair of tortoise Tory Burch frames I had to get. their designer frame section is okay… nothing compared to perimeter malls location, but that’s probably because of demographics. the perimeter location had Prada and Miu Miu and if this location had either brand, I probably would have walked out with at least two pairs of new glasses rather than one. oh well, I can always order them :) each associate on the Lenscrafters side of the business was kind and I really wish I could remember the name of the kind dark skinned woman who helped me. she was great. so professional! THANKYOU immensely to the LensCrafters of Alpharetta and the Alpharetta Eye Associates for meeting every standard I could have. you all are great! I will be back soon!!!

I bought a special frame on vacation and this store was able to drill the lenses for it. It was a tough task since my prescription is high(thick) and it was a difficult design. Thanks for being a problem solver!

I went back two weeks later when my glasses were ready for pickup. Jessica was working, and she recognized me immediately. She was all excited to see how the new frames looked. She is a real asset to the LensCrafters team.
