I don’t understand why my review about this business is not showing up. My family have been going to this office for years and consistently have been unhappy. Extremely bad customer service especially from the front office person, Jenny. We will never come back because who in their right mind would want to be mistreated when at a doctor’s office?

Always friendly and easy to schedule an appointment. Dr Wu is knowledgeable and understands how to teach me about my health.

LOCATION
Dr Wu’s office is pretty easy to get to right off of Jones Bridge road behind (next to?) the Quick Trip on the corner. You might not spot it right away, unless you look for the gigantic yellow letters that spell out «medical clinic».
EXPERIENCE
They have very friendly staff that cater to both English speaking and Chinese speaking clientele. Your first encounter with the office is likely to be with Jenny — the friendly lady in the receptionist area.
It’s a small but well-​appointed doctor’s office. You’ll get personalized customer service. I’ve found that Jenny recognizes me, even when I’m taking my daughters in for an appointment.
My whole family (of 4) have all had separate appointments with Dr. Wu and agree that he’s a very friendly and informative doctor.
PRICE
Dr Wu’s office has a very reasonable pricing structure. I’ve found that the initial visit is around $ 120 or so, and subsequent visits can be lower in price. Be sure to ask any questions about insurance in advance, to avoid any surprises about the bill.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Wu for about three years and our only complaint is that his office is a little too far from our home — that’s because we moved, but we’re not interested in finding another doctor.
Everyone is friendly, and the office is always clean. We’ve never had long waits and they always remember us and treat us like they’re happy to see their patients. Dr. Wu listens well and is very perceptive and on point. He has been able to diagnose some of my issues just by talking to me and has been right about them. He never makes us feel rushed or like intrusions.
We’ve never had issues with payments and they’ve always called if something out of the ordinary comes up. Great doctor and office!

I love Dr. Wu and staff. They make an effort to get to know you. I’ve been coming here for 8 years.

My everyday doctor eventho I don’t go much, Dr. Wu is friendly, funny in his own way, and caring.
