I don’t understand why my review about this business is not showing up. My family have been going to this office for years and consistently have been unhappy. Extremely bad customer service especially from the front office person, Jenny. We will never come back because who in their right mind would want to be mistreated when at a doctor’s office?

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
If I could give a negative rating I would for this clinic. Just like the other Unilocaler have stated here, we have experienced THE WORST service ever. The Dr is fine, but his wife, Jenny, is a total bi*tch. She yells and throws attitude to anyone she wants, and in the face with no shame. She just screamed at my parents on their first visit because they needed some help filling the form.
DO NOT go to this clinic. This is my first Unilocal review and I seriously do not want anyone else to deal what we had to deal with.

My new primary care doc. Love Dr. Wu, he’s very nice and always seems so cheery, and the staff are very sweet too

I went to see Dr. Wu due to bad cough. I took antibiotics that Dr. Wu prescribed for three days, but I coughed even worse at night and day. So the third day at around 4:30 pm, I politely called Dr to see if there is any other medicine that I can buy directly to stop my bad coughing and the secretary Jenny who is Dr. Wu’s wife asked me to wait for Dr phone call since he was consulting with two patients. At round 5 pm, Jenny called me and she asked my drugstore’s phone number. I answered I don’t know and Jenny immediately yelled aloud me that their office is closed and they still call me, and still need to check my drugstore’s info? asked me to call tomorrow morning again.
Ma’am, I don’t know your procedure OK? I am seldom sick. You yelled me instantly without my next response. If you don’t want to check my drugstore’s info, I CAN. and I can call you back.
And you are Dr. Wu’s wife, meaning you are also the BOSS. Do you really concern about 5 PM to leave? I didn’t call you at 5 PM.
Do you need to use that bad attitude to yell me?
Very very disappointing with the service since I felt insulted.
I will never go there again in my life.

I love Dr. Wu and staff. They make an effort to get to know you. I’ve been coming here for 8 years.
