The quality of the yogurt is good, it’s the customer service that needs work, their rules here are odd, I asked for a sample cup and the girl refused to give it to me, she told me she had to be the one to fill it up, I’m 30 years old, not a child, how degrading. And while I was checking out with my husband and daughter she only gave me one spoon, yes, they don’t just offer spoons, you have to ask for them,

I used to LOVE this place. Always had a great selection of flavors and toppings and was very clean. I went there last week after not having been there all winter. The place was filthy! From the front door to the windows to the seating areas. I couldn’t find a place that wasn’t sticky. This place needs a serious and I mean serious cleaning. If you clean up let me know otherwise I will not be back

My husband and I went there tonight b/c of a scoutmob discount that we found for 50% off. This was the main reasons we went in b/c there are several different frozen yogurt places around our house. It was very clean and the first girl I talked to was very nice and helpful. She gave me a sample and even let me see a book that had all the nutrition facts of each type of yogurt. As we went to pay, we showed the cashier(another worker) the scoutmob, it was unable to locate us — the cashier even mentioned that it had happened to other people-so we tried to log onto the store’s wifi and it still didn’t work. After about 4 minutes we decided to just pay the full price. We were a little disappointed b/c we felt that the scoutmob was a way for companies to draw in new customers and they were unable to honor it. Look, my husband and I can afford to purchase 2 frozen yogurts but wanted to try it out b/c of the scoutmob. Other, than that experience the frozen yogurt was good and they had fresh cut fruit. Yogli Mogli wasn’t any different than any other frozen yogurt place.

Interesting concept. They have a wall dedicated to self serve frozen yogurt. Then apply toppings. The«fresh toppings» didn’t seem so fresh. I like the strawberry kiwi frozen yogurt, but how can you go wrong with that flavor? My stomach didn’t feel so good after though so probably won’t go back.

Awesome price(.42/oz) compared to Menchies and Yoforia. the fro yo is delicious as well. my only problem with it is the smell. last time i went in it smelled like toilet. but other than that, yummy:)

Finally hoping on the froyo tip and i’m a little sad that it took me so long to get here. I love ice cream, so I think in my warped mind, I might have thought froyo will never be as good. Needless to say by the 4 star review, that I’m pleasantly surprised by the froyo experience I had. I’ve been 2 times so far, and both have been enjoyable. My favorites are coconut and thin mint and if i’m in the mood for the fruity flavor they have a lot of those too. Toppings range from fresh fruit to different chocolate type candy. Staff has always been friendly and they’ve never been too busy when I make my froyo run. Have I found my ice cream replacement??? The possiblity is great, but I always leave room for my first love.
