Is this place for real??? Does management care about what’s going on here? We gave it this location another try and they failed again! We got there an hour and a half before their posted closing time. Yeah you guessed it… THEYWERECLOSEDAGAIN! The light inside was on but Windows shut and no one to be seen! Hey Brusters, if u want to close early just say so! Don’t post one closing time and close whenever y’all feel like it!

As usual, this Bruster’s has awesome ice cream, much like the other locations. I think the staff here are the friendliest that I’ve encountered — no bad attitudes with this bunch. This location is a bit in the middle of no where so it gets packed — be prepared to wait a few minutes in line.

We liked the ice cream a lot. The peanut butter cup was a litttttle too sweet but it’s intended to be. My cone was delicious especially that almond coconut flavor. RIGHTUPMYALLEY, nam!

Bigger selection than expected — we tried Butter Pecan, Oreo, Raspberry Chocolate Chunk and White Turtle. All good. They even offer a free Doggie Ice Cream(small scoop of vanilla w/a doggie treat.) So clearly our puppy approves too.

I don’t even know where to begin with all my feelings about my latest visit to this location.(5−22−15) My MOMS Club chapter wanted to plan something fun to kick off summer and celebrate the last day of school. We planned to arrive at 3:30, which wasn’t a bad time, but the moms that arrived a little early were surprised by how crazy busy it was. By the time I arrived at 3:40, it was fine. Anyway… We had a small wait at the counter, and when it was my turn, the girl behind the counter was not pleasant at all. In fact, I’d like to say she was a rude(insert choice swear word here). We placed our order and had a small wait while they made everything. The lady at the window next to me was just receiving her ice cream and she let the guy know that she did not order what he handed her. He argued with her, then aggressively snatched the wrong cone from her. What happened next, was shocking. He opened the ice cream cooler that it came from, dumped the ice cream in it, then, I’m not kidding, threw the used cone ATME. He said he was aiming for the garbage, but clearly missed it as it came flying out the window at me. Did he say sorry? Not even once. Once all our ice cream came out, I asked for a large water and the girl rolled her eyes at me. Seriously?!? Before we left, one of my mom friends went to ask for ice water and was met with attitude from the same girl. Look, I get it’s stressful when a ton of people come for ice cream, but guess what? Without customers, you lose your business. I find Bruster’s to be a little over-priced as it is, but we’ve contributed to go because it’s been a fun experience. Not only will I never come back, but as the President of my MOMS Club chapter, we will never plan an outing here again. We’ll go to BR or DQ or even McDonald’s or Chick fil A or Wendy’s, before we plan another event at this location. I’m so incredibly disappointed with how terrible the employees are at this location. If I were the manager, I’d be looking for a new crew ASAP.

I was so excited to try this place out, it looked like a cute little local ice cream joint. Sadly, the ice cream was pretty basic, think dryers or publix brand. Add to that they have no indoor seating and one dirty outdoor table and it really isn’t some where I plan on returning to.

I love Brusters. They have great ice cream. My favorites are Carmel Apple Crunch and Deep Dish Apple Pie. The only thing I don’t like is that they are not available year round.

Good ice cream. outdoor searing so don’t expect anything fancy. In a world of frozen yogurts and mixing places, they just serve good old fashion good ice cream without the frills.

Ice cream is fine but service at this place sucks! Maybe it is the staff on this particular Sat night but the person was rude, ill mannered and surly. Not going back.

So yummy in my tummy. Staff’s always pleasant and smiley, and the ice cream really tasty, with a smörgåsbord of flavors to choose from at a steal of a price.

The cotton candy & peach flavors are totally the bomb! The cotton candy has these yummy candy rock thingies that are like yummy surprises! And I know how much you love yummy surprises: D! Especially in your mouth! MUAHAH. Anyways, the peach is a refreshing flavor! And I mean, if you are in Georgia, you gotta try the peaches in some form… right? My tip: Buy the pint! It’s a better deal. It’s price is really close to a 2 scoop in a cup and you get SOMUCHMOREEE! And you can pick as many flavors to put in!

I’ve tasted the ice cream here… very good(lactose intolerant). My daughter loves this place and is satisfied whenever she’s able to get a small cup of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles.
