Bates Tree Service

I wish I could give 10 stars. Bates Tree Service and the owner Jim are excellent. I called multiple companies with good reviews on Unilocal but most didn’t return my calls. One company set up an appointment to give me a quote and never showed or answered their phones. I called Jim and he returned my call quickly came by to give me a quote the same day. The quote was very fair compared to work I have done in previous years. He showed up exactly on time with his crew and they had two full days of work removing a huge pine that had died from the beetles due to the drought. Trimmed a bunch of big pepper trees, laced my holly and Bradford pear, removed 4 more trees ground all the stumps. The trees look great, not butchered as some people have done in the past. They really took time to sculpt and keep my landscaping looking attractive. What was above and beyond is how clean and neat they left my property. There was hardly a leaf or pine needle on the ground. It was cleaner than before they started. I can’t say enough great things about this privately owned company. Jim loves what he does and it shows. He provided over the top quality at a fair price. Call Bates Tree Service and talk with Jim. You won’t be disappointed.

I called these guys very friendly arrived on time! Fair price and crew is extremely professional. They cut down a 100 yr old pepper tree even cleaned up after they were done! I would recommend it to everyone!

These guys were very professional and inexpensive. I live on a canyon and have to clear it every year. They did a great job on the canyon, on the pepper tree and the palm tree.
