Price is reasonable, not too impress, maybe I didn’t pick the good ones, will try different stuff nextime. hoping it will be better

I have always ordered my daughters bday cake here for last 4 years, and all of my guest love the flavors. They always work w me on anything I want to add, and they sre very resonably priced. They use fresh fruit if requested and the design is always beautiful. I even had my father in laws bday cake and it was perfect! I would def recommend them.

I had the worst experience this weekend I was so excited to celebrate my son’s and daughters birthday party this weekend. I decided to get a cake from Navarros bakery because I have had cake at a party before from this bakery. I ordered a tres leches cake that is my son’s favorite cake. And I ordered a Different flavor for my daughter. So on the day of his party when I opened the box to cut the cake all I could smell was coconut I did not order coconut cake. When everyone tried the cake we all said the same thing that this cake tasted like coconut I said but I didn’t order a cake that had coconut in it. So I called the bakery this morning to ask if they had put coconut in my cake. The lady said to me she did not know what ingredients were put in the cake so she spoke to someone and then said to me that they put coconut essence in the cake. She said that the three leches cake does not contain coconut she said that there is a lot of bakers in the bakery and every Baker puts different measurements in the cake and she has no control if some Baker’s put more coconut essence then the other bakers and that’s why maybe it had a stronger taste of coconut I explained to her that this taste of the cake was all coconut. She said to me in a rude manner do you know how to make a three leches cake I said no then she said to me then you wouldn’t know what ingredients are in a cake I said to her I’m sorry ma’am you are being very rude to me. She just didn’t care about my bad experience
my son did not get the cake he wanted for his birthday. I told her in the future she should tell her customers that the cake has a coconut taste and she argued with me,

I ordered a Birthday cake for my husband a few weeks ago and the fruit was fresh the cake was moist and delicious… You can tell this bakery takes pride in what they do… I will be ordering my cakes here from now on… «The best bakery in town»

Al I have to say about this place is… All their breads taste fresh and great! Always come here to get bread, cakes, and flan.
