If I could give a zero I would. Called after recent storm, power had been out for several days. I had mediated most of my own water damage. Called to have them remove water from a 8×10 berber carpet. They had completed the same procedure a few years ago. They could not give a quote over the phone … took 2 days to come out and inspect. Set the estimate appointment for the a.m. Called at moon to say they would be here by 1 pm.,. Didn’t arrive until after 2 pm. Once here the inspector himself said he didn’t see why they couldn’t give a quote over the phone. He calls to the office to get pricing, they give him a quote of $ 250. Which is double what paid them for the same job several years ago. When I asked if they could honor the price from several years ago They refused to even come close and actually became rude. I will take my business somewhere else and you should too
