I was having a really bad day then I went to this Home Depot and my day got even worse. I often get sad because I don’t have friends so I went to this Home Depot to talk to someone and find a project to take my mind off of being sad. I walked around the store looking for a employee to talk to and the first guy I found was in the electrical department. I began to ask him if he knows a good electrical project to make me feel better. He immediately made me feel like I was irritating him which made me feel bad. I asked him if he could help me pick out the parts to make the wire pipes that goes in the walls. He gave me a look like he hated me. I don’t know much about electrical parts and he kept rudely correcting me when I called the parts the wrong name. I felt he thought I was a stupid guy so I tried to impress him with something I know allot about. I said, «Did you know that over 160,000 American students per day stay home from school to avoid being bullied?». He aggressively said«You don’t think I know that!». At that point he turned away from me and called me a dip shit under is breath. I felt like crying but I didn’t want to embarrass myself in front of the other customers. I ended up buying some rope so I can learn new knots. I’m giving this store a two out of five stars and not one out of five because I cut myself eleven feet of rope and told the cashier I only have nine feet. I feel guilty for stealing two feet of rope. I thought it would make me feel better for the way That guy talked to me but it didn’t.

Every time I go to this Home Depot they always out of order what I need and end up going to a different Home Depot. Also customer service by the refund area very bad. And they treat you like they doing you a favor. Like one cashier comes up to me after waiting 10 min to return an item and tell s me I supposed to be working on floor not at customer service or refund area. No sorry for the inconvenience no Nothimg . Like they doing me a favor . Very bad service. Employees don’t care.

Staff is abundant and knowledgeable. The store is clean and very well organized. It is easy to locate the correct department/isle, but they are always out of/do not carry what I am looking for.

Typical terrible home depot service, selection is limited, special order departments for blinds, cabinets, and carpeting are inexperienced and have limited product knowledge. I would go to a different home depot if possible. I go to this place all the ti e because it is close. I had issues with cabinets, carpet, and blinds ordered from here all because of associate mistakes. They do a terrible job at training these guys. You definitely get what you pay for. Do not trust that they know what they are doing, ask questions or you will be sorry.

This has got to be one of the worst Home Depot’s that I have shopped at. Customer service is just a joke here. You will most employees chatting with each other or heading back to the break room. Went there looking for a part for my sink, not one person in the plumbing department, saw a couple of associates chatting by the kitchen area, they told me look in another aisle. On the way out, used the self check out, while three cashiers had a ball chatting with each other, no thank you for shopping or have a nice day.
