Horrible pharmacy services. Rude staff and every time I go there, I always have problems. I even got the wrong medicine one time and when I contacted them they accused me of lying about it. It was only after «they» went to the «office». I got a call back to pick up the correct medicine. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. They treated me like I was the one who made the mistake. Thank goodness I realized that they gave me the wrong medicine. Could have been a dangerous situation.

I never liked this Walgreen’s. I made a Unilocal just to review this store!!!
Mostly the pharmacy! The wait time for meds is outrageous I’ve stood in the pharmacy line for 30 min to pick up an already filled prescription and they told me it wasn’t ready.
Just today I went in to ask a question the girl I talked to was so ignorant I wanted to scream. Get a new job.
I’m switching pharmacys seriously I’m so done with this one. Worst workers I’ve ever met in a Walgreen’s and the stores own workers care more about themselves than the customers. Miss the old workers from a few years ago when this store was better! Only coming here when I have to now!

Worst pharmacy ever!
The people are rude and SLOW! I have waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru trapped in between cars with a sick child! Considering their prescription prices compared to Walmart’s pharmacy you think they would have better customer service. I recently changed pharmacies to a different Walgreens with no problems. Come on Alsip improve your businesses!

Slowest. Pharmacy. Ever. Seriously. They kept me waiting in the drive thru for ten minutes to pick up a filled prescription and there was no one at the counter! You can see right in the window! One person at the counter? Good luck. You may as well leave and come back. Not to mention for a while they asked for my insurance information every single time until I told them to look in the computer. I can’t believe these people are handing out medication.

Great shop to go to! They have almost everything you could need. And the staff always is helpful and friendly! I probably come here four times a week and they have redbox at this location so i always pick up a movie on my way out!

The store is good.
The Pharmacy is a joke. Unless you like to wait 20 – 30 to pick up an already filled prescription, skip this store. This place is a joke. 3 seperate times i have been there to pick up prescriptions and every time its the same thing. Whats the name — States Name — walks away — what was the name again — walks away — 10 min wait — um okay whats you address– hmmm — okay any questions for. .. ridiculous!!! Go somewhere else to get your stuff filled!

I’ve been going to this Walgreens for over 7 years now along with
some friends and family members who also go their along with
my Mother who also shops their.
It is a great Walgreens store that has very friendly employees,
reasonable prices on products including food and medicine
and the employees are helpful as well.
I really like this Walgreens and would recommend it to other
people as well, including family and friends.
The store is also well kept, very clean and neat, including the
bathrooms as well.
The only problem I’ve really had was with one asst. manager
at the store who acts rude to certain people but that’s about it.
All in all, a great store to shop at.
