The lettuce was crunchy. I also enjoyed the tuna. I enjoyed this place so much, I stayed there for 6 hours the other day. I recommend the hand soap.

Horrible service. I keep going back because it is only one around. I would like to back more often, but will not reward bad service.

This won’t be a long review. I mean, it’s fast food. I felt the need to at least put in a good word considering the low star rating. Ordered the 4 for $ 4 because it was quick and inexpensive. The customer service was friendly, my meal came out quick, and everything was fresh. Oh, the inside was clean too. I ate inside \(^_^)/

Worst service i have ever received. The cashier was also putting orders together and completely ignored us for 20 minutes and did not even acknowledge us. I was returning because, during my last visit, i was overcharged for my items. I have never had such a horrible experience and will not be returning to this location. Get your freaking act together. This location should have been closed a long time ago for poor customer service.

Jesus S. must work there… Wendy’s Corp should close this one down — have complained to district mgr before, but zero change in the quality of service at this Alsip location. The consistently get orders wrong, poor customer interaction. If you really want Wendy’s — go south on Cicero to the Midlothian location, they have better food/service which is more consistent with what I expect from Wendy’s. I usually go to the Midlothian location, but due to time of night & bad weather, I went to this one, and as expected, the order was wrong. I have learned to stay parked at the window until I can verify that it is correct. They did give me the rest of my order, but zero acknowledgement, no «sorry», «thank you», «have a good night» etc. that you usually get at a fast food drive thru. IMHO — they are so used to having to fix orders, that they do so on ‘autopilot’. As I said, I’ve gone the route of complaining via the Wendy’s website, but even after speaking with the district mgr(Mark Gee at the time), I haven’t seen the slightest improvement. As a result, I only hit this location as a necessary evil since it’s the closest fast food place to my home.
