McDonald’s

Coffee is getting way too expensive. I can get better quality coffee for a few cents more at DD now. Not only that, but their window employees are very unfriendly. Expensive coffee and surly employees do not make for a good customer experience.

How can McDonalds get an order for two hamburgers wrong? Isn’t what they are known for?
I only ordered two hamburgers for my sons. I was given fries and a chicken sandwich at the drive thru. I parked my car and went inside. Gave them the incorrect order and asked for my order. I was given two chicken sandwiches. I checked before I left this time.
I asked a third time for my order.
FINALLY I received my two hamburgers.
Is it really that hard?
I called in the complaint and asked for management to call me. THEY NEVER CALLED ME. I guess they really do not care about their customers. Its ok. We will go to BK (Much cheaper chicken nuggets) and Wendys. Bye McDonalds.

Worst McDonalds ever. They get my order wrong all the time. There are always stupid kids there. i go there and think «maybe it will be ok this time». No.

I come to this location purely for convenience. The owner must be a complete tool. The parking lot is always flooded. The screen at the drive-​thru never works. The morning crew is regressing to the point of being as bad as the evening crew. The place is routinely «out» of coffee at noon. Plus if you «dine» there, and I use that term loosely, you’ll notice the colony of tsete flies (?) that inhabits the drink area. If you have other options, use them. Yuck.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. It doesn’t matter if you go through the drive-​thru, go inside, if you have no one in front of you, one person in front of you, or five. You will wait at least 15 minutes and your order will be wrong. Everyone here is a teenager except for the managers and they are all slower than anything. I went inside today to order a coffee and waited 12 minutes as THREE people worked on setting up the order for the one person in front of me. I always order my coffee with 5 cream & 5 sugar and this is the only McDonald’s that I have to request extra sugar packets on the side because the coffee tastes like there is no sugar in it. I usually get a breakfast burrito & say «make sure you give me a packet of salsa» and I ALWAYS have to say «the packet of salsa isn’t in the bag» Actually that goes for all condiments I ask for when I go through the drive-​thru. Speaking of the breakfast burritos, they fold them like tacos, I think the whole staff needs retraining on this since it’s everytime I go there for breakfast. It doesn’t matter what you order, it will be assembled like it was thrown together in a hurry, but it wasn’t given to you in a hurry. Unfortunately this McDonald’s is just a few blocks from my house so if I want McDonald’s I have to deal with frustration or drive a mile away to another one.

I ordered a steak bagel. I received raw fat with cheese and onions (I ordered it without egg). This not the first time this has happened at this location, but I thought I would give them another try. We all have bad days, right? Now there are 2 stores from this chain I will not go to: this one and the one at 103^rd & Kedzie. AT LEAST THE BLUE ISLAND MCDONALDS STILL ROCKS!

Went through the drive thru early in the morning on the way to Hobby. My sausage mcmuffin with egg sandwiches were the worst I’ve ever head. The English muffins had not been toasted. The girl who handled my order was less than enthusiastic.

this is absolutely one of the worst mcdonalds i’ve ever been to, i ordered two mcdoubles and it took them 10 mins, the burgers were really cold and the buns were wet and made me throw up on the side of the road,

Well I am new to the neighborhood and am checking out this McDonald’s for the first time. It seems to be your typical McDonald’s, albeit a lil pricier than the McDonald’s from my old hood. But it is Oaklawn so I guess the franchisee is ok with pinching a lil more from his customers.
This particular location is always busy and yesterday evening was no exception. The drive thru was packed and it made me miss my old neighborhood McD with the dual lane ordering.
Anywho, you know what to expect from McDonald’s and so far this one is on par with the rest.

This place shouldn’t even get one star… had horrible customer service from the MANAGER on my first visit into this McDonald’s. Then on my next visit I chose to go thru the drive thru but ended up pulling out of the drive thru before I even go to the window because I seen a rat run across the length of the curb near the menu. That did it for me… I was outta there and never went back! Gross…
