I have lived at Don Miguel apts for 4 yrs. The office is very friendly and they have been updating the property extentivly. They have painted the apts. Outside and have given us new mailboxes. They are nice size apts. For the price I think they are reasonable. The only downside is that they don’t have washers and driers in units. But I can live with that. Oh and I forgot.: they also put new microwaves in. If you are looking for a nice apts in Alta Loma look no further. I recommend these apts. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would love washers and dryer in unit. But don’t let that deter you. They are still great.

Parking rules aren’t enforced and that’s frustrating because there’s broken down cars taking up spaces all the time and parking is already limited. There’s no option to renew lease at the same rate you had and going month to month costs an additional $ 686364.00/month. I’ve lived here 3.5 years and each year rent goes up significantly. For how expensive it is now, you think there would be more amenities available but there isn’t. No clubhouse, no gym, no garage, no basketball courts, no playground and no washer/dryer inside the units. I don’t think it’s a very kid or family friendly complex. Highly recommend though if you’re a middle aged person, with no children, that’s looking for a place that’s as strict as a senior community at a luxury apartment price

Management is horrible, especially current manager Heather. Be sure to research the management company FDC Management Inc. before deciding to rent.

Not the best, not the worst but I wouldn’t move back here. The parking is faaaarrr same with the trash and laundry room, it’s super inconvenient! They’re sneaky with your deposit, so watch out! Also, watch your belongings closely! We had our truck stolen from the parking lot and when we asked the«security» guys if they saw anything they said«it’s not our job to stop the crime but only to report it, sorry!» Then after talking to neighbors about it(which the staff didn’t appreciate) we found A LOT of others had experienced some type of theft as well! The reason I gave it 2 stars is the office staff is nice enough, they are quick to fix things and upon move in the apartments are freshly painted and very clean.

These apartments have so much potential, but fall short in many areas. The actual apartments are very nice and unique. My one bedroom is 800 square feet and is very spacious with plenty of storage. The patio is huge, but is mostly rocks. I wish the concrete extended further. The bedroom has an adorable french door opening onto the patio, and well as having access from a sliding door through the living room. The apartment by itself I would rate as four star for the price and spaciousness. What loses stars for this complex is the upkeep and community. There is frequently trash littering the sidewalks and grass, and it doesn’t get picked up for days. The parking situation needs attention. The pool isn’t the greatest and there is no fitness facility! The mailboxes are old and raggedy. Some of the people living there are a little trashy and rude. The management team is really great, especially Heather. She is super friendly and resolves most complaints very efficiently. The office is open seven days a week and is very nice. One thing that bothers me though is their timing. Rent is due on the first and if you haven’y paid by noon ON the first they tape a note to your door. I find that to be pretty ridiculous. At least wait until the next morning. I pay my rent on time every month, but often have to wait until I get off work to have the time to make the payment.

My wife and I have lived here off and on for about 3 years now. And the only reason we have a gap in between is because I lost my job and could not renew our lease. Well, I’m extremely happy to say I gained employment and was able to come back! This place has really become our home. The staff here is second to none. They are ALWAYS friendly and super helpful and will cater to whatever you need. And that goes a LONG way in an apartment community. The aprtments themselves are very spacious and kept up nicely. Some things are a bit dated(especially) its old exterior. But thats to be expected from a complex built in the 70’s. No complaints here. My wife works from home so she is home just about all the time. Not once has my wife or I felt unsafe here. All the resident’s weve come in contact with are nice people who respect everyone’s privacy and space. The community is pet friendly. We have a little 5lb Yorkie and there are plenty of nice walking routes you can take your little furry family members to roam and explore. There’s so much more that can be said about our home here but I want to keep this as briefe as I can. Simply put, if you’re in the market for an apartment in the Northern Rancho Cucamonga area, give Don Miguel a look!

LOVE love love these apartments. We lived here for 2 years. The staff in the office and on the property are as good as it gets. They set the bar high for anywhere else we live. They are prompt, friendly and very welcoming. Always with smiles are on their face. If you happen to stop by here for a tour, stop looking and move in. You wont be disappointed. Were gonna miss them dearly.
