Had a little birthday celebration tonight for me and my niece. We had excellent service and the food was amazing! We called a few days ago to reserve tables and they were reserved and ready for us when we got there. Thank you Barbonis for making this a great night with our family and friends!

Excellent customer service for my first time visiting. Yes a little expensive as some other reviews have suggested, but the pizza was fresh and the melted cheese was hot. I also enjoyed the flavor of the pizza sauce. I do plan on coming back again and trying some of their other items on the menu.

Food is good. Staff is excellent Owner needs a lesson in customer relations… When an order is wrong and delivered wrong, don’t take it out on the customer!!! The owner wanted the food back after verifying HER chef’s mistake, like we were going to eat the food… what is that about??? I would advise going there to eat and dealing with everybody but Carly, the«owner.»

Full of melted cheese and flavor describes their pizza. Regardless of how much grease might come off the pizza, I will always eat it. The atmosphere holds a nostalgic pizza place vibe, which I appreciate. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to their pricing. It is a bit on the higher side, however you do get what you pay for. So if your in the market for a cheap pizza, this isn’t the place. Dine or dash? Dine and take out works for me!

We had Barboni’s cater our daughter’s wedding reception this week-end. We checked prices of every Italian restaurant in the area and Barboni’s was the most reasonable. Having eaten there in the past and have it delivered at least once a month we knew their food was good. The bride and groom are vegetarians. Barboni’s was very accommodating letting us order the baked ziti with marinara instead of meat sauce. We also ordered two kinds of tortellini and garlic bread. It arrived piping hot at our requested time. Everyone loved it and asked where it came from. We could not be happier with their food and service. Thank you Barboni’s!

Came here with the family after a snow play day up in Wrightwood. Clean, spacious, a bit noisy with a couple youth soccer teams, but fantastic service and good food. They messed up one of our pizzas but immediately made a new one and brought us out an order of cinnamon knots on the house as an apology. Servers had a fantastic attitude, all smiles and were pleasant We enjoyed our visit.

Ordered a veggie pizza with mushroom, onion and bell pepper for over $ 23!!! How insanely over priced is that?! It tasted awful and is by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The bread was soggy, the pizza sauce was tasteless and they were super skimpy on the toppings. Really sad because this is the closest pizza joint to my house and I love pizza :(never again!

Not sure why tonight was the night to disappoint(sad face). I placed a phone order(pepperoni rolls, and cheese bread) for pick up at 6:07 pm, and was told it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. Paid at 6:29 pm and order wasn’t ready! Two slices of French rolls with a small amount of cheese $ 4(that’s very expensive… never again). All was cold when I got home I live at the other corner of 19th Street(very darn close). I’ll stay away for awhile. Not your best folks.

I used to love this place but a few nights ago we ordered pizza and salad and my salad had bugs in it. So my husband called and the lady said they have never had bugs before and no one had ever had this complaint. Um ok well I had a salad with bugs in it. And I’m sure I ate some of those bugs before noticing them. Yum

I used to come here all the time. I moved to LA and decided to drive out here just to order a chicken parm sandwich. The girl at the register platinum blond gave me a dirty look as I walked up to order. She wasn’t very friendly. When I got my order I asked for a side of ranch and waited 5 min. Keep in mind the place was not busy at all. I had to get up and ask for ranch again. I loved this place but the staff could me a little friendlier.

I get delivery Barboni’s just about every Friday night because it is the best pizza in town. Yes it is more expensive than say dominos or papa johns but it is much better. Their ingredients are very fresh and the sauce is delicious. The other plus is they have a larger selection than most delivery places. They have pasta, salads, and sandwiches. It is convenient if I want delivery but don’t necessarily want pizza. I recommend Barboni’s pizza.

I think I’ve outgrown Barboni’s. Like some of my other fellow Unilocalers have mentioned, the prices are crazy high, like Round Table Pizza high but the QUALITY is what I’m most disappointed with. I am a HUGEBBQ Chicken Pizza fanatic! I’ll drive farther than I should for a good one and will literally scour God’s green earth(or in the Inland Empire’s water deprived case, God’s dirt brown earth) in search of the perfect BBQ’d pie, so much so that I’ve developed my own crazy killer BBQ Chicken Pizza recipe just in case I can’t divert resources to find one. Anyways, long story short, I went halfsies on a large one with my co-workers and was warned of the price prior to ordering and against my better judgement, ordered any way. What I recieved was one of the sorriest excuses for a BBQ Chicken Pizza I have EVER recieved. Man that was bad! OK so get this, It was slightly over cooked(and it showed around the edges) but was a tad bit cold which was odd on so many levels. I bit in to it any way. I shouldn’t have bit into it. I regret that bite. Why did I bite it? WHY!!! The crust was good, firm and had a respectable texture HOWEVER using a sour BBQ sauce with little sugar content makes for a vinegary tasting saucey vomit pizza with chicken thrown in for good measure. No sir I didn’t like it! No cilantro, not enough chicken and bland as tree bark jerky shows that little to no effort was given in the creation of this Franken-pizza that sat withering before me. The pie was a lot smaller than I was expecting as well so after dropping close to $ 20 bucks for a toddler sized pizza that keep in mind had to be split between co-workers, I promised to NEVER give me hard earned booty to them again… aargh! I speak in «pirate» when I get upset… sorry. I think they need to revisit their pricing or invest in better ingredients as I don’t mind paying for quality but this clearly should never have been served to anyone and judging by some of the other more recent reviews, there seems to be a downward trend forming. Maybe new ownership or new pie bakers or maybe someone just decided to vomit on pizza dough, bake it and pass it off as a BBQ Chick’n Pie I dont know but it’s a shame because they’ve been around the community for so long but unfortunately I have a feeling that tenure may be the contributing factor to their complacency.

The food is really good, and the price is very reasonable. The noise level can be a little overwhelming at times. I think people like go to watch sports and have a few beers and enjoy some pizza. I would definitely recommend this place.

Tried Barboni’s for the first time and our family was very pleased. Had the Barboni Special. It was delicious! We are foodies and know fresh ingredients when we taste them. We knew right away the ranch dressing is made fresh! Met Paula, the owner, and had to shake her hand. Thanks for making pizza extraordinary and caring about your customers. We will be back and will make sure to spread the word to our friends.

We used to go here all the time when our kids were younger for soccer meetings– I never realized how expensive everything is. We stopped by tonight to pick up an antipasto salad– family size– I was simply flabbergasted! Just lettuce, a few bits(and I mean«bits») of turkey, ham, and pepperoni, with a dash of shredded mozzarella and a few sliced black olives– that’s it. Price: $ 15 The salad didn’t even fill a regular sized styrofoam container 8“x8″ garlic bread is $ 3.50 extra, for one-half French roll. Total ripoff! Barely enough for one, let alone a «family»! I was so disappointed– will not be going back. Have their prices always been this outrageous, or is this just a recent development?

do not waste your money on this establishment who does not own up to getting their patrons sick from food poisoning. after being such a loyal customer you would think they would be apologetic or sympathetic towards me or my family after getting sick from their food. Its taken me nearly 18months to find the time to update my review on the place. the owner is in it to just fill her pockets. she never really apologized for what happened but 86’ed us from the establishment bc she didnt want us to complain after getting us sick. beware. If you do happen to get sick from food consumption from this place or any other food establishment … it is your right and duty to notify the health department to file a formal complaint/concern. the local health department relies on this information to account for mass foodborne illness.

I’ve heard amazing things about how delicious this pizza is and all of that good stuff — however this review is based purely on customer service. I called to have pizza delivered to my dear dear friend as a surprise for simply being awesome(this is their favorite pizza!), usually I get grumbles and mumbles when I go anywhere with a special little request such as this. But Barboni’s! Goodness, they were SO kind, SO accommodating, and went way beyond what I would have expected in terms of customer service! They didn’t make me feel like I inconvenienced them with any of my requests — seriously: thank you. Can’t wait to try your pizza!

Pizza is abundant in every city. Finding good pizza and excellent service is even harder. Finding good pizza, excellent service and an owner that is actively involved in providing a better experience is like walking outside and seeing a dinosaur. Paula is attentive and cares about the reputation of her company. I came in to have a meal and get some work done. She managed to up-sale me to keep me around longer with wifi and a pitcher of beer. I was happy with the experience. I was able to witness her active management in the company with her employees and myself. She expressed a recent concern regarding service that she felt didn’t represent the company well enough. She addressed her staff with respect and tried leveling with them to explain why a customer’s experience is so important to her and the restaurant. It’s refreshing to see someone handle a business with such grace. The food was good; the beer was cold and the service was great. Come here for family, team, or like me, to get some work done.
