Just ordered delivery never again The pizza was so greasy and nasty what a waste of money I would give them a zero

When placing a phone order pay by cash only! I paid by credit card over the phone last week and that same credit card has already been stolen and used on the East Coast. This was the only transaction in the last 30 days where I gave my credit card number over the phone, all other incidences I pay by cash.

I placed a delivery order on Monday for our work training class(total of 7 people). It took about 15 minutes to place the order and an hour for the order to be delivered. The menu is very accommodating for the picky eaters — salads, sandwiches, pizza’s, pastas and dessert options. We ordered manicotti, several small pizza’s, salads and sandwiches — everything tasted great. I ordered(and confirmed) that we wanted a chicken cesar salad with no cheese. This wasn’t brought in our delivery, but was brought two hours later. My co-worker devoured the salad once it finally arrived. Overall, the menu is great, the customer service is great, they delivery and the prices are fair. And yes, the food is good, too. Definitely will order from again. Thank you.

Not anymore… This used to be a go to on busy weeknights for my family. Great mix of Mediterranean and Italian food on a buffet– how cool. However-Gone is the bruschetta, and many other favorites. Replacing these items is cold and dry buffalo wings and hours old ravioli. We have given this place«one more chance» at least 3 times. I have even talked to Sam the owner. They do have good California veggie style pizza. When I am in the mood for this I will order from home.

Not happy at all tonight. If you want a pizza and pasta buffet don’t bother. Everything was Mediterranean tonight. After complaining to every staff member there we were given some excuse about a big group there before us wanting all meat! The manager gave us a coupon for buy one get one lunch buffet with purchase of 2 drinks. We paid dinner prices today and even with drinking water only it was $ 40 for 2 adults and 2 kids! So gee thanks for the coupon worth $ 7. The only thing edible was the salad and bread sticks. Won’t be back.

Just ate here for the first time. I am very dissatisfied. All of the food had been sitting out for hours unattended. The pizza was cold and did not taste good. The pasta was burnt on the top and has not been attended. The breadsticks were stale and did not taste that great. The salad was okay. Nothing was even close to fresh… I will be lucky if I don’t get food poisoning. For the price I paid for my girlfriend and I, I will not be coming back again. I rated it one star because you can not rate it any lower.

The buffet is gross! Pizza is greasy and cold. The dough is raw. It’s waaay over priced. Will definitely not be coming back! Pizza from delivery is also extremely greasy and sometime doughboy raw. The hot wings are nasty and taste like they were old and freezer burned and are also extremely high priced The manager or owner is extremely rude and argumentative! I have never met someone so arrogant. He bad mouthed his staff right in front of us I just thought that was very unprofessional. I heard him arguing with a customer on the phone. This was all in one visit.

A pizza buffet that finally delivers on quality and hot and ready pizza. Dalias pizza buffet delivers a slice above the rest. Dalia’s Pizza buffet lives up to the quality of the original Dalia’s pizza, and it’s not just the quality of the pizza that delivers exceptional taste. This buffet also features some delicious Italian classics such as manicotti, spaghetti w/classic red sauce, alfredo and bread sticks that are to die for. They also have many types of classic and designer pizza such as white Alfredo chicken, pepperoni and mushroom, and much much more. The salad bar is excellent delivering quality produce, blue cheese crumbles, fresh ripe fruits and delicious soups. Top it all off with soft serve ice cream or freshly made cookies. Service was excellent from the hostess stand all the way back to the service staff and management. A+. Price was very reasonable, $ 7.50 for lunch and $ 2.50 for a coke. if you’re looking for a quick meal, quality products and excellent ready to eat pizza, Dalia’s Pizza Buffet is for you. All I can say is Thank god the old sizzler is gone and Dalias has taken over. I will be back.

First time I got their pizza was when they distributed their flyers to our business. So, I thought I would try them out for my company. I ordered alot from them for my employees for 12 noon. I ordered at 9am. They were 1 ½ hrs late. No calls from them at all. I called them 3 times wondering where my lunch was. Nothing but excuses. Their flyer states«delivery all day» no time restrictions. Right. It’s been 2 months since this issue. I thought today I would try them one more time. Placed the order at 7am online for a 11am delivery, remember, «delivery all day». Late again. When I called them, they said the drivers don’t even come in until 11. Do you think they might want to be more specific on the flyers? When the pizza came, it was cold, almost frozen. I wanted to get 6 packs of soda for the employees, they want $ 8 a six pack. strike one, strike 2, you are out of there! If you like frozen meats and cheese, this is your place. Be warned, if you want a specific time for delivery, tell them to deliver 1 hr ahead of time. Over priced, they don’t honor the coupons given, terrible pizza, terrible service. You choose

Absolutely the most delicious pizza around. Have been enjoying Dalia’s Pizza since my wife discovered this little takeout shop tucked in a row of other businesses strung out from the 99cent store to DQ, with USbank, and others, scattered about that small shopping center. She happened to grab a pepperoni pizza to bring home after shopping at the 99c store, as she knew a hungry husband, me, was waiting for something nummy she always brought home to me when she shopped. Wow, was I surprised, this was no ordinary pizza. Not a doughy heavy crusted pie w/ingredients thrown in the middle sparingly, but one filled with deliciousness edge to edge. Tasty sauce, fresh pepperoni, everything one would expect and more. Well needless to say, Dalia’s quickly became«our» place to gain a delectable, zesty, slice of pizza heaven. Dalia’s moved into their present large restaurant, as you may know, but success has not diminished their efforts to offer the best pizza available. After trying many flavors offered, my now favorite is their BBQ Chicken. They offer«all you can eat» pizza in their spacious eating area, but have not taken advantage of this. We prefer bringing it home to enjoy w/a few cold brews. No drinking and driving here. At any rate, give em a try, you won’t be sorry!!!

I went there tonight around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2015 for my first time. I printed a FREEDRINK coupon from the Dalia’s website before I left the house. The coupon WASNOTHONORED because it had expired in May. Really? I printed it from Dalia’s website an hour earlier. The girl’s response was that they’ll eventually put up new coupons on the website. I ended up purchasing the buffet for $ 9.99PLUS the drink for $ 2.39(and I am glad I did so I could wash the food down). ALL of the food was SALTY. TOOSALTY — and I’m a junk food junkie. I started with a salad that had croutons already in it – incredibly salty. I tried the buffalo wings — SUPERSALTY. I tried the garlic chicken pizza — SALTY and the chicken was dry. I tried the artichoke pizza — they used the tough leaves from the artichoke — and did I mention it was SALTY? I tried the roast beef with gravy — dry, but NOT salty. I tried the chicken breast — dry. I have a feeling all of the chicken /beef was cooked previously and reheated as needed. And whoever has the salt shaker needs to be slapped silly. If I want salt, I will ADDITMYSELF. The cookies were moist and good! The service was very good — my plates were consistently cleared from my table within no more than a minute or two after I was done and ready for the next one. The supply of forks was never replenished during my visit — I continually had to go to the far end of the restaurant to get replacements, even though plates were plentiful at the counter right by my table. UPDATE: It’s now the following morning and I am at work having to make continual trips to the restroom. I am on FIRE. I ate only two buffalo wings last night(small wings) and there was so much pepper that I’m re-living it over again. I’ve needed to visit the restroom four times this morning. I’m singing Johnny Cash’s song«Ring of Fire» out loud! «And it burns, burns, burns, the ring of fire.» But, really, please, there is no reason for this. When using peppers in cooking, it’s all about using the right amount. How much flavor benefit is there in throwing excess or extreme amounts of pepper into a recipe? Overall, I don’t see any reason to go back. Thanks, but not for me.

Excellent food, and on top of that amazing service. Dominique, Heather, and Jon all went out of their way to make sure we got fresh and great tasting food. Definitely returning here both for the food and service. Cheeseburger pizza and BBQ chicken pizza are must. Nutella dessert pizza is really good. Chicken wings mid-spicy and good quality.

I’ve waited to leave a review here just so I can have a clear review on more then just one visit. First off the buffalo chicken pizza is the best thing ever! If you haven’t tried it you should. Now most of the food is great just its not consistent. I ordered a chicken Alfredo today and it was like a soup and not much flavor. Furthermore I was told to come in 20 min I get there 25 min later and the driver took my food with him on accident. Then I was told I would have a fresh batch in 6 min. That was a lie because as soon as the driver returned I received my order. Why lie? Then I get home and I’m missing my cheese bread. I’m not sure what’s going on but they were not on their A game tonight. I will try another Dalias next time because tonight was just a let down.

I got to Dalia’s and remembered that when I placed my order I forgot to mention I wanted my order halal. The manager didn’t hesitate in the least and remade my pizza’s even though it was my mistake. I am so pleased with Dalia’s manager, John and the business overall. This is an example of excellent customer service and the delicious food doesn’t hurt either.
