great pizza. unique crust. decent price.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years always take out though. This pizza is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. They make their crust so thick and crunch and fluffy. DELICIOUS! the staff is whatever if you walk in you kinda feel uncomfortable if you’re not a regular or local. It’s a bar bar with Older people. But the pizza is always great. Definetly try it.

OMG! The pizza is amazing and beer on tap is perfectbest hidden little spot you can ever go to sit and enjoy some good food and beer!!! I will definitely go back beer is very ice cold on tap! Even had one of my favorites and prices and hospitality was great! 5 stars B&J’s

Love this place. We drive from Pomona which is not that far away, but worth the drive… My wife has never been a crust end eater, I usually have to eat hers to prevent waste. But it cracked me up to see her dipping her crust in ranch dressing the first time we went… Last night was our third time and we luvvvit. The staff are all welcoming and always at the table asking for other needs… Love this place Customer for life…

I chose this place because of its Unilocal reviews. I was disappointed. Ordered a Large, thin crust with extra sauce. The toppings were mushroom, onion, tomato & sausage. This pizza was SO dry I seriously wonder how it is without extra sauce. The best thing I can say about this pizza is the toppings were fresh.

My sister swore this pizza place was bomb and she was right. Came on a Sunday, it was packed with men watching football and drinking beer but I like both so I didn’t mind. I got a small meat lovers pizza and the dough makes this pizza stand out. Soft and tasteful. I don’t live nearby but if I’m in the area I’d come back

Time to take a break from the Pizza Chains and have a damn good slice of pizza here. I ordered a Pepperoni, sausage, and Jalapeño pizza. All toppings were premium and fresh. This was the biggest size they offer and was enough to feed 4 adults plus leftovers. The pizza texture has a nice Chrisp on the crust and the dough is rich with flavor… It will definitely leave you wanting to come back for more. The atmosphere is so/​so. If I wanted to come for beer and pizza with the guys I would. Otherwise I’d order to go for the family. The weight time for the pizza was a tad long, but it was definitely worth the wait. All in all, if your in Rancho, I would recommend this pizza!

This place has great pizza. It’s a bar bar, not a gussied up bar, but purely a local hangout. Love it. Pizza was great, service was so so (a little slow), but nothing to keep me from coming back.

This is our first time at BJ’s pizza!
We ordered two pizzas pepperoni and the BJS special which was basically like the works hot wings beer soda antipasto salad garlic bread and a little something called pepperoni chips
Everything was very good short and sweet would we come back? Yea we would now looks like a bar it can pass for a bar but they do have a seating area where you can sit we took my 8 year old son and we felt very comfortable it wasn’t a rowdy crowd just people on a Friday night getting a beer and some pizza plenty of TV’s good selection of alcohol and the service was very good

This place is a small local tavern that just so happens to make some pretty doggone good pizza. They have a secret crust that is pretty good. I am normally one who will not eat crust but this is a place where you can eat the crust for you non-​crust eater types like me. They serve gigantic mugs of beer with olives. The olives put on a show for you as they sink and rise.

You know how every couple has a «place»? Well, believe it or not, this tiny little dive bar is my and my bae’s place. We like to come here every once a week or so to spend time together. I wouldn’t know how the beer is here, but the pizza is absolutely delicious! It’s fresh and tastes like it’s made with local ingredients. It has a comfortable, somewhat quiet atmosphere and a very homey feel to it. The staff used to be a little inattentive, but now they have a great waiter there who is very enthusiastic and friendly. I don’t know what his name is, but he’s a big Hispanic guy. Lots of fun, good food, music and interesting people!

I usually have a definite for preference for thin crust but I am loving the pizza here in all of its thick fluffy crust glory! The dough is fluffy on inside and crispy on the outside! The cheese is stringy. The beer selection is not wide but it’s priced well.

READY TO BE BLOWN AWAY?
The pizza is surprisingly good! I never expected this cozy little bar to make possibly the best pizza for miles around. Like most of us I’ve tried everything from the mom & pop to the chain restaurants and this pizza is at the top of the list. The doe/​crust is amazing. Tastes like the same stuff they used to make those hot pretzels back in Brooklyn.

Best Pizza in Rancho!

This pizza is awesome. This place is awesome. Bar on one side seats on the other. The pizza takes a little long to make because it’s super delicious. Best I’ve had in the area so far and their beer selection is pretty good too.

Damn good pizza. Plenty of cheese and toppings. Crust is cooked quite well actually. Not too soggy/​soft and not too crunchy. Cooked just right. And it’s a bit thick. But I couldn’t eat the end of the crust. It’s a bit bland. Overall tho, it’s a damn good pizza. Much better than the fast food chains. (Pizza Hut/​dominoes/​papa johns etc) oh and they have large mugs of beer for like $ 4. I always enjoy a large mug of beer while I wait for my pizza. Solid place!
As far as customer service goes, keep in mind it’s a mom and pop shop. They made a mistake on my pizza which I didn’t notice until I arrived home. I took pictures as proof and called to report the mistake. Although I took pics they demanded I bring it back to receive the correct order. (I wanted to leave the pizza at home and go get a new one) Upon my return the bartender looked at the pizza to verify my claim. Once she admitted the mistake, I was able to get a new pizza. But that wasn’t good enough. I had to drive back so I wanted a coupon or something. NOPE! As I was leaving and clearly bothered by the situation, the bartender (they only person working besides the cook) offered to let me keep the original pizza. OMG!!! REALLY! That’s what I originally wanted! That did it for me! After that I complained until she created a 50% off coupon for my next order. Basically had to tell her how to keep customers.

Came for lunch. Got a pizza and a salad. The staff is friendly and the owner very nice. Get a pizza. It was amazing and big tall cold beers.

This is possibly the best pizza in the area, and the best deal on Wednesday when large one topping pizzas are six dollars. It is made from scratch and it’s obvious that it is a higher quality product than you can get at Dominoes or Pizza Hut. I usually just get a plain cheese, but their sausage pizza is also pretty tasty. My favorite part is the crust, which is thick and is very chewy. Almost like a New York-​style bagel.
The bar I can take or leave. It is very divey and definitely a local’s joint. There is sports memorabilia all over the walls and all the monitors are playing different sports games. The beer is also reasonably priced, especially during happy hour, but is typical American Budweiser type beers. They do carry Blue Moon on draft, one of my favorite mass produced beers, and I got a humongous glass of it for only six bucks. No orange slice, but I came here for beer and pizza, not fruit.
Service here is also super friendly, and I got service immediately upon entering. Everyone was accommodating and gave good recommendations on food and beer, and it definitely had a «Cheers» type environment. Everyone, both customers and employees, seemed to all know each other and have a good time.

This is more of a dive bar than a restaurant. It’s filled with locals that all seem to know each other but that are also friendly to new comers as myself.
I ordered a large combo pizza to-​go for around $ 21 with taxes that give you 10 slices. The pizza reminds me of the Costco combo pizza, same flavors but with a much better crust here. B & J’s crust has a good crunch and well seasoned around the edges. I am not a crust person but I will finish this crust by itself or dipped into a sauce.
Service can be slow at night when the «bar» is full; since there is only one waiter and one bar tender and they get spread out a bit thin. But they are friendly and will help you out once you flag them down or ask about the status of your order.
But I have mixed feelings about returning since the pizza is a bit on the pricey side. Do I give up a great crust for almost the same pizza at Costco and save $ 10? Don’t know, I’ll maybe just come here to watch a game, have some beers with friends, and then I can justify a pricey pizza since I will be enjoying the atmosphere too.
