Round Table Pizza

I wish I could give 0 stars. I called for a takeout pepperoni and mushroom pizza and got there within 20min and my pizza was done only to find no mushrooms on the pizza. Instead of remaking the pizza, they decided to haphazardly throw mushrooms on top separately (they weren’t even baked into the pizza) resulting in leathery mushrooms and an over cooked pizza. On top of that we waited for an extra 15min for our MUSHROOMS. Will not be returning.

this particular store is no better or worse than other round tables, they are pretty much all the same. a large empty seating area, because no one goes to round table anymore, with a few old arcade games. round table is the cream of the crop of this type of pizza. better than dominoes, papa johns, pizza hut, and most random family chains. but it is a tad more than those other brands, which is why nobody gets it. it doesnt match up well with fancy neopolitan pizza, but thats not what youre looking for anyway. the red sauce and the crust are what makes it best, also i would go light on the toppings so that they get crispy, if you get something like king arthurs supreme all the toppings come out soft. also they usually have a good deal on one topping larges. garlic twists are a must, and they probably also have the best ranch in the game for dipping. was this too long of a review for round table pizza? yes, but youre the one that read it.

This is solely for their delivery process. Easy to call in. Pizza delivered anywhere from 40 min to an hour depending on how busy they are. Overall it’s an easy process. Has gotten delivery from them like 20 times the past year. Usually get the Maui zaui Pizza with the Polynesian sauce. That Pizza is my definite most favorite. If it was on Pizza alone they would get a 5 star hands down. With the sweet tangy sauce, the pineapples and the bacon on it. Only had 1 bad experience with delivery but the manager rectified it the next time I ordered. So overall a convenient way to get good pizza.

Waited over an hour for our pizza! And it was wrong! Ordered a pepperoni and it was just cheese! messed up the entire night!

Ordered a pizza at 7:22pm waitress came by and I asked where our pizza was at. This was at 7:55pm. She said that the pizza was just put in the oven and it would be 7 – 8 mins. Finally got our pizza as I am typing this and she had promised some bread sticks to accommodate. No breadsticks… shame on this location. Will NOT be coming back here.

Love the pizza! Some of the workers are pretty helpful however, they are lazy with their salad bar. I could put mushrooms on it because they looked bad and there was no lettuce. This place needs a cleaning, their Soda machine drain needs to drain it’s pretty gross. But we love their pizza and garlic twist!!!

I really enjoy using their online ordering app I also like that you can use coupons in the app. Delivery is always quick and the consistency is always on point. Can’t wait to get the ½ & ½ specialty pizza in my mouth. I substituted the delicious red sauce for the creamy garlic one of my favorites!!!

Waited 60 min for an online order that they «never got» My guests weren’t too happy with no freakin dinner here and round table did not do anything or or handle it well. Check your online orders round table !! Wasted our time and didn’t apologize or even offer to accommodate us ! We order from them several times a week.

Honestly, there are so many better options for food (especially pizza) in this area, but it’s not the quality of this place that inspired a review– rather it’s the customer service or lack there of…
I ordered online and I was quoted a 45 minute delivery time… The delivery guy got here an hour and 20 minutes later… for a guy that has a family (with young children) to feed this is unacceptable. I would have been more gracious had they called me to notify a delay, but no courtesy was extended. When I called at the hour and ten minute mark to find out where my pizza was they told me the website information was wrong (not my fault and how was I to know?) and that the driver left 5 minutes ago (20 minutes AFTER the quoted time).
I rarely write a bad review… I don’t like my opinions to have a negative impact on businesses that genuinely try to do a good job… I don’t blame the manager, Amy, but this location has never done a god job at trying to please their customers and it’s why my family will not frequent this location ever again.

Josh was extremely helpful in completing my delivery order. He & his manager went out of their way to make sure I would be able to complete a delivery request for a friend of mine who recently had twin babies. I was originally contemplating using another pizza delivery option for dinner but I am so glad I decided to stick with Round Table. The taste and service has never let me down, thank you!

We visit this location quiet frequently. Pizza is always fresh. Great customer service. The only draw back is that it is time for a remodel. The seats on the booths are torn and the location is due for an update. Other than that no complaints and we will be back.

Excellent Skinny Pizza. The only draw back is 14.00 for a small pizza. The employees are really friendly and the quality is excellent. 5 stars for quality and the employees. 2 stars for price.

Went here for New Years… Classic round table pizza that is nominal at best. Price for one large is ridiculous… Best thing about it is Lunch Buffet. Everything else is way overpriced for what you get. I spent $ 33 on a large, two adult drinks and two kid drinks.

Low key atmosphere. Great service and great tasting pizza! Monday night special is a great deal. Starts at 4pm. Go early. Get in and out in a jif.

For a chain restaurant, the best pizza around! Hands-​down! Excellent staff, and service! And, you cannot beat the price on their lunch specials!

Coupons to this place are golden. I feel like they make their pizza with love :)
The staff is important to me at any establishment, in this particular place they remember you. Write notes in their computer for things that you order.
Great breadsticks, order the medium pan pizza with pepperoni only, trust me you will be satisfied.

Wednesday July 17^th Around 4:30pm
I got coupon and decided to go back here., They always had real good pizza before and it was always much better than the Round Table in Upland for sure, but not quite as good as Pizza Royal down the street. I got an extra large Deep Dish Pepperoni and it was… just okay this time. It’s still good pizza however it’s Nothing like the great pizza they use to serve up before, and It certainly was not like Deep Dish Pizza like they use to make, but rather more like a regular crust pizza. What’s up with that? And for the price they want there could have been much more cheese and pepperoni as well. As it was, it was just okay… If I had to compare it Dalia’s Pizza across the street, I’d say it was pretty much the same thing, only the sauce at Round Table is a little more mild and the pizza would have cost me $ 21 without the coupon. So with that being said, for the price I would rather pay for a better pizza someplace else or pay the $ 6 at Dalia’s Pizza next time and save a bundle of $, Just Saying.
Customer service? When I got there to pick up my pizza, there was this lady at the cash register looking over the menu and no one acknowledged me what so ever. I waited and waited while watching this lady ask a few questions from time to time to the cashier. I looked at the Cashier and she was totally ignoring me, as were the two guys answering the phone. One guy answered the phone and then gave it to the other guy and I’m just standing there at the counter in front of him, looking at all three of them waiting to be acknowledged. No luck with that, so I saw the lady was still going her menu and taking her time, not knowing what to get. I put my credit card and my coupon on the counter and walked around a bit. Only 3 other people in there at the time at two different tables so the place was not busy at all. Then there were a few other employees having pizza in the back gaming room and kept to themselves when I was walking through. I watched TV for a bit, looked at the old games they have there and then went to the restroom to wash my hands. A good 10 minutes later I came back to the cashier and it took her a few minutes to take care of whatever it was she was doing, and then finally turns to me and ask, «How can I help you? » showing a slum face with no inspiration what so ever. No apology, or sorry for the wait. Just nothing. nothing at all. I gave her my name and she said that will be $ 21, and I had to reminded her of the coupon. She didn’t say anything and rang up my order. She handed me the pizza and started to turn away without another word. What’s up with these guys anyway. I was totally patient the entire time and not the least bid rude with them whatsoever. But I got treated like I was just another number. If this was the Department of Motor Vehicles I would say that is to be expected. But this is supposed to be Round Table Pizza! A good place to go, that has now turned into an unwelcome experience.

Wow! I was shocked that my pizza hadn’t arrived yet after an hour of ordering. I mean, they did say it would take 50 minutes, but whatever. I was pleasantly surprised that the lady who took my order gave me a call and offered a 25% discount on top of already using a coupon. That was great!
I love their pizza so I wasn’t even upset in the first place. I’ve never had a bad pizza from this place. The garlic chicken pizza is my ultimate favorite! The creamy white sauce is just amazing.
I’ll always be a fan. Always.

Came in late on Saturday night, About 10 Minutes before closing. Usually this is a bad omen for the foodies, but the staff was very helpful and cheery even when they were closing. Something’s going here I think.
Food– Good and hot. Had personal pepp. pizza. Was very tasty, I like the deep dish the best, Thick gooey crust and the right amount of cheese, LOTS! This place is a good bang for the buck, had a beer too and still around 10 bucks. How sweet is that? The only problem is that the salad bar was closed, I understand though, I was in there late.
Service– Like I said, the girl was happy and the guys weren’t that bad either. Breath of fresh air. Establishment was clean.
A good place to go even with a group. They have a bigger seating area around the back with TV’s. The décor is a bit dated though and could use some remodeling. Good bang for the hard worked dollar.
