Pizza Hut

If I could I would rate this Pizza Hut a 0!!! I ordered my pizza online and it said 30 min delivery time. After an hour of waiting for my 1 pizza I finally called to make sure the order was sent in correctly (which it was). The guy who answered the phone said he was sorry for the wait but my pizza was out for delivery as we speak. I thought ok well maybe they are having a busy night and fell behind. Another hour passes and I’m fed up now. I call back and talk to the same guy on the phone informing him that now it’s been 2 hours on a meal that’s already been charged to my card and that was supposed to be out for delivery. He puts me on hold for 5 mins to talk to the driver and when he comes back he informs me they don’t know what happened. He doesn’t offer to give the meal for free even though it was their mistake so I told him to just give me a refund on my card and I got no apologies. I wouldn’t order from the Pizza Hut again! Worst service I’ve EVER had with pizza delivery.

Terrible service. Pizza was cold when it was delivered. I had to come pick up the replace myself to make sure it wasnt cold again

They were late once and offered a $ 20 credit on my phone #. Well I called in to use that, as I use this Pizza hut delivery all the time. And they were cool about it. I got the pizza, worst pizza ever! I got a stuffed crust pepperoni w/​bacon. It had virtually no sauce, it was burnt, the stuffed crust was like 3 globs of cheese, and it was saddening. I’ll try to upload photos but I’m definitely never ordering from this again, it was a good 10 yrs that I had been ordering from here, I hope the one by IHOP is better!

Usually do not like Pizza Hut, food is really greasy. But my husband saw the hot chocolate marshmallow so he ordered two of them, and two of the pizza cookies for our families (they are bigger then we thought so that’s good) but it took about 30 min to be done, and then he goes and the marshmallow brownies weren’t even made, they made the regular ones. So he mentioned it and he asked if they had the right ones and she said no and it would take another 20 min to make the ones he actually ordered. She didn’t offer a discount or apologize. The ONLY reason we ordered anything was for the hot chocolate ones and they couldn’t get one thing right. Shame shame.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised of the incredible costumer service I got from an employee named Rebeca, she was so helpful and nice. She went out of her way to help me with my order and to get all what I was expecting, food was good but costumer service was amazing

I ordered a pizza on-​line. I thought the Cheesy Bites looked good so I ordered one with Pepperoni. It is the worst Pizza I have ever had. The crust is paper thin. Instead of them adding more dough to make the cheesy bites, the flatten the Pizza with a rolling pin to stretch the dough paper thin. There was almost no sauce and very little cheese. It was tough and hard to chew. I have had cheesy bites in the past (not for over a year though) in Yuma, AZ and it was absolutely delicious. This one I can’t even eat and will have to throw it away. The only reason I gave it two stars was because it was ready on time. If you look at the pictures they show a beautiful hand tossed crust. This one is awful.

I usually go to papa Johns and saw the Big Flavor Dipper on TV and thought I would try it. So I placed a order online last night. Waited for the timer to say go pick it up and thought hey that’s cool. I ordered 2 Big Flavor Dippers which comes with a 2 liter each and a chocolate chip brownie. I sent my husband to go get it. He was confused he thought I paid for it but tried to pay with a 100 dollar bill they wouldn’t accept it so he went to bank and then used debit. $ 36.00 dollars. he went to walk out and the lady noticed he didn’t have the brownie and it wasn’t even made. But he paid for it and the web site said it was done but he waited 20 minutes and a guy came to my husband and daughter and said its burnt do you want it? My husband said no. you can make me one not burnt so he waited 22 more minutes. in Turn I think we will stick to Papa John’s a lot less hassle and never a problem with my order. This location is under staffed and our pizza was cold when he finally made it home 45 mins after the 30 we had to wait to go pick it up. all in all our movie night was ruined.

I was very happy with my delivery experience. The woman I talked to on the phone was delightful. She was funny and gave her opinion on whats the best to order. Only issue I had was that she said that the store would call to confirm my order but they never did. Luckily they arrived promptly within the half an hour time frame and the delivery boy was kind since I was a bit scattered with the money.

I hate that this is the closest Pizza Hut to our house. Ordered through the phone at 8:15pm, person said pizza will be ready by 8:30pm. Arrived around 8:25pm. The manager lady, did not hand me our pizza til 9pm. Apparently they made it and the manger said the pizza was sitting there without a ticket. She insisted it was still hot. Checked it and it was getting cold. Her reason was «it’s been crazy»…Manager was probably in her twenties. At least apologize and comp me something. Starting to hate these corp companies who hire anybody. Oh yea was watching the employees at work. They handle the food without washing their hands after touching money. Once again corp companies that hire anybody. Gotta make a living some how.

I called into this location 20 mins before I arrived to place a pick up order. Once I arrived it took 5 minutes before anyone said a word to me. After I waited I told them my name and that I phoned in an order. They had no record of my call and said someone must have forgot to put in the order. They weren’t apologetic abit the situation and very rude. Do not go to this location. You can drive one more mile up Archibald to the one on baseline and receive better service.

Ordered from here so many times but the pizza just doesn’t taste good. And today to top it off my order was 20 min late and cold! The employees lied and said they called me when they never did! I’m no longer ordering from here

Do not waste your time and even call here The lady that answered the phone said they do not have Canadian bacon but yet every other Pizza Hut has it she said ham is the same as Canadian bacon she was really rude she also said they did not carry stuffed crust pizza I guess this Pizza Hut is not original Pizza Hut

I typically order for delivery. The last 3(!) times I have ordered pizzas here, they have taken over an hour to deliver, in the case of one of them, the order was wrong and the pizza was cold, and they doubled-​charged my credit card! One time is forgiveable, but three strikes and you’re out. Avoid at all costs…

Placed an order at 7:09 pm and it is 7:48. Still no pizza delivered and I only live like 3 – 4 blocks down the road. Should take less than 5 mins to my house

Sign up for there emails. You will receive great discount and free breadsticks and other apps to enjoy with your order, but remember to order online because that’s how you receive better discount when you sign up for there emails. The customer service here was on point

I been ordering pizza @ store number 24 860 never had a problem till today. I spend $ 75.87 to get my Suff crust pepperoni pizza not fully cooked at crust I took pic wings where not good either. Driver was very friendly 100%but who ever made pizza n wings they rushed out the order. I will think twice before ordering again from Pizza Hut awful food I couldn’t return pizza because kids had bitten into but they left most of it I spend so much money on getting good quality food n I didn’t so disappointed

It took 3 hrs for the big box to get delivered last night when it showed up I told the driver this is unacceptable

BEWARE!!! Terrible Customer Service! On 1÷8÷13 I ordered a Large pizza w/​double pepperoni, olives and jalapeños. Pizza arrived on time. A bit greasy and not enough cheese but thats not the issue. Anyway, halfway through a slice I noticed there wasn’t double pepperoni. Called back only to encounter a RUDE representative who claimed they couldn’t replace the pizza because I «feel» there wasn’t enough pepperoni. WHAT!!! Damn right I «feel» there’s not enough pepperoni!!! I’m a paying customer god damnit! And ordered double pepperoni so I expect double pepperoni!!! To make matters worse, they also refused to bring me a replacement pizza because I had already ate a slice. OMFG!!! And to add insult injury, when asked to speak with a manager I got the classic «I am the manager» spiel AAAAAARRRRGH! I will never order a pizza from here again. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Waited forever! Almost an hour wait. I even sat in my car and viewed through the window to see if my name popped up. After the promised 35, minute passed, I kept asking, and they told to keep waiting. An hour went by, and I was agitated, so I went in and asked. Customer service could not find my order, and looked through the recipes and ovens, they finally they found my order.
I don’t think I’ll ever come back here.

I’ve been coming to this pizza hut for at least a decade, considering it is within close proximity of my parents house.
And while their food is good, and their service is notable, I found myself to disagree with the recent service.
Their food appears to have gotten greasier with time, and for those who tend to eat healthier (like myself) and aren’t really well adjusted to greasy foods, the pizza will most certainly not sit well with your stomach.
I’m not sure if it’s the fact that I don’t really eat greasy foods often, or if there was something in the recent order of pizza we had.
But my stomach and I both agree that it’ll be a while before we return here.
