Drove 20 miles just for the bumper cars… don’t know if I will will do it again, but kids had fun. Service was excellent. food, well it’s chuckie cheese, but it isn’t bad. Spent way to much on tokens… overall we were greeted with a smile, place was clean and kids had fun. Thanks chuckie!

Bad experience at this location. Took 50mins for our order to be served. the most annoying part was only the pizza was served first then our wings came out 20mins after. Wtf was that??? They were short on utensils as well and there was trash every where. Don’t go here!!!

The girl at the front seemed like she didn’t even want to be there… We went for lunch buffet and the pizza was cold. Not impressed.

These four stars are for the service we received. The employees here give great customer service and seem to enjoy being here. I came to this location on a Saturday for a birthday. It’s was packed, yes tables were unattended, and the salad bar had a few empty items. Bathrooms where surprisingly clean. However you could tell it wasn’t due to employees being lazy they where just really busy they where helping customers left and right and with a smile. The employees where very helpful and great with the kids.

We went to chuck e cheese this week. All three of the kids had a great time. New games and a couple of kiddie rides. The place was very well kept and clean. The employees were friendly and quick for anything you needed. All the games worked and were one token each. The pizza was pretty good too. Haven’t been here in years, up until now. We will be back.

Horrible experience. Worst customer service ever. Never coming back here. Let me tell you why: I came here to take my siblings out for fun, but my brother had surgery the previous week and can only eat certain foods recommended by the doctors. So as we walked in getting our stamps she pointed out right away that we were not aloud to bring that in. I told her about his situation and she rudely pointed that«the sign is posted outside I have no idea why you didn’t see it.» At that point it ticked me off. Are you calling me blind? I asked what if a medical card was present? She said rules are rules it’s just policy. There’s no place for him to eat outside he just needed a table. It’s not like we brought in a buffet of catering it’s just one kid with a medical problem. That’s ridiculous. And I was not about to pay to eat their overpriced cardboard pizza. Even as we went inside one of their ride machines ate my token and it didn’t even turn on. I went up to one of their employees and he told me in monotone«maybe it accepts more than one quarter? Did you try putting in more?» Maybe? How do you not know? And no of course I didn’t because I didn’t want to loose another token since the first one wouldn’t come out by pressing the coin return button. Frustrated, I just let it go. I wasn’t going to make a big deal about one token. That was my experience. I’m never coming back to this location at least. The employees all looked depressed and miserable to be working around a bunch of children it was even making me sad. Note: if you’re going to apply at a workplace known to be a children’s attraction and you hate children, at least fake it while you’re on the clock. Sheesh.

Had The Most awful experience 2 weeks ago. I came for my friends nephews birthday party. When I arrived everyone was already almost there including all the kids so I never got a stamp or anything to come in, we had two booths with pizzas and drinks the kids were running around having a good time and playing all their tokens. while us adults were having conversation at the table there was one employee by the name of sherry I believe cleaning the tables next to us sweeping and wiping them down. She had seen us from the begining sitting there and having the kids with us for the past few hours that we were there. When the time came for us to leave we rounded all the kids up and had them turn their tokens in and get prizes before we leave. Well we tried leaving and there is miss sherry acting like she is the sherrifs department checking the kids stamps and saying they don’t match anyone’s…Excuse me you seen us with theese kids the whole time and now all of sudden you wanna do your job… while the whole time I was sitting at that table not one damn person was at that check in checking kids when they left, now all of a sudden we get checked. Then she proceeded to say we’ll I don’t know of you are kidnapping them. We ended up just leaving after we made a big stink about it. Sherry if you or your managers are reading this pay attention if you work for a company that requires you to stand there and check make sure you actually do your job and check each and every single guest not at random when you feel like it… and two be professional when you speak. You are not the police you are a employee at chuck e cheese that most likely gets paid minimum wage… just do your job and you won’t have any issues like this again. Ridiculous I have never had any issues at this location before but I will not be back here again, awful experience.

We just celebrated my sons 5th B-Day here on 6⁄14. The manager and staff was very courteous and accommodating. They let us decorate our own tables and were nice enough to reheat our pizzas too. Overall, i was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and was more than satisfied with the party. My sincerest thanks to the Rancho Cucamonga staff!!!

I really want to give 3 stars, but they took care of me in the end and we had fun so I’m feeling generous. I had my son’s 1st birthday at Chuck’s, so I figured having his 5th birthday there would be really cute. Set everything up for 1230 on 4÷4÷15 about 3 weeks in advance. About a week later I discovered this time wasn’t accommodating to most of my guests so I changed the time to the 530 slot(all 3 o’clock slots were taken.) We arrive and nothing is set up because our time was never changed. It took about 10 – 15 minutes to get it all set up bc there was only one person on the floor and no one acted like they could help me. The person who I FINALLY spoke to made it sound like she was doing me a favor. Needless to say, I was pissed. They ended up paying for most of my party though. For around 20 people I only paid $ 80 or so plus we bought $ 50 more in tokens. Another thing that really irked me was trying to get someone in the phone to answer questions about setting up the party. All in all we had a lot of fun, stayed until about 10 and the pizza was actually good. Also, they keep it clean. The restrooms were clean, they cleaned up quickly after parties and other guests, the game room was clean as well. Maybe no more parties, but I definitely will bring the kids out again for a fun day/night.

Chuck e Cheese is where brokie parents bring their kids for their birthday in lieu of Disneyland. Oh yea, let me preference this review by saying never ever make the mistake of coming to Chuck E Cheese hungover. I made that mistake and it was the worst 2 hours of my life. It smells like pee pee soon as you walk in. I remember when I was a kid and the pizza was super awesome. Now Chuck E Cheese pizza makes Costco pizza look like a gourmet pie straight out of Naples. Nobody watches their kids so they let them carelessly run around like a pack of feral dogs. It is a guarantee you will have at least 2 – 3 kids run dead-on into your knee. The Chuck E Cheese robot band did not play once the entire time. They just creepily looked back and forth at each other with those blank stares. I remember back in the day those shows were all elaborate. Must be a cost cutting measure to save on electricity.

What kid doesn’t like Chuck-e-Cheese? This place is cool for the games. I would pass on the food. Maybe if I was super thirsty, I may purchase a fountain drink but that’s about it. The prices here are reasonable. I wouldn’t come here without coupons to purchase tokens, food or beverages. I do like the fact that all games require only one token to play. You get your money’s worth because of that. Sometimes, this place can smell funny like dirty feet and socks but what can you expect by having a bunch of kiddos running wild and barefoot through the facility? If the kids are happy, then parents are happy. =)

Its a great place to go when its hot outside and let your kids go on some rides and climb in the tubes, its fairly cheap and you can even buy some pizza and drinks and goto the salad bar. The prizes are absolute crap, but that seems the norm these days.

Amber B., I was intrigued to read your out of Review of Chuck E. Cheese’s – an establishment that had a variety of reviews, and which I have always enjoyed. I am APPALLED that you called the place«ghetto» for allowing a «women»(FYI – one person is a «woman») to breastfeed her baby«with children all around.» SERIOUSLY? Children don’t think breasts or breastfeeding are gross or inappropriate. Jealous women and men who can’t control their hormones think breasts used for their MAINPURPOSE are gross. I breastfed all three of my sons and am proud to say that I did. There was nothing ghetto about it. It was natural and healthy for my kids, period. I tried to be as modest as possible, but the reality is that, with the youngest, I had two older kids who deserved to go fun places even though mom had a baby. Moms shouldn’t be housebound simply because they choose the HEALTHIER option for feeding their babies. I don’t really buy into that whole«mother and child bonding» thing; it was painful at times, inconvenient, messy sometimes, but I knew it was best for my kids in the long run. Kudos to Chuck E. Cheese’s for allowing a mom to breastfeed a child in their establishment for children.

Food is average and somewhat affordable if you bring a coupon. Environment is clean. The staff is often walking around cleaning tables or maintaining the arcade-like games. The crowd could be a little rough, but as long as you supervised your child there is nothing to worry about. Overall, a pretty decent place for a young child to enjoy.

This place is pretty big in size compared to most Chuck E Cheese’s I’ve been to, but I’ll say maybe 15% of the games were out of commission, which is disappointing in a place like this. The pizza was actually pretty decent, they brushed some sort of garlic butter on the crust that gave it that added flavor. But one of the celery sticks they served to our party still had dirt on it – as if it hadn’t even been washed/rinsed off – gross.
