I had a wedding on April 30, 2011. I was very pleased with my first conversation with Alex… And that was it!
All of my groomsmen went in personally into the store and got measured. The day of the wedding, the suits did not fit… AT ALL!!!
The shirts were too small (sleeves were shot and the necks could not be buttoned) and the pants were too short, but also too big. The day of the wedding, my husband and his groomsmen were changing shirts, pants, and jackets to make everything look «OK». I am extremely disappointed for the fact that every person in the wedding party asked if they needed a final fitting and Alex told them «no». I guess we learned our lesson!
My father on the other hand was unable to get fitted for he lives in a different state, but I did give Alex the measurements of the suits he currently wears… As we had our father/​daughter dance, I had to hold his pants up so they did not go to the floor and he had tightened them as far as they could go.
When all was said and done, my husband brought the issue to Alex and told him to call and ask all of his groomsmen to see what they had to say about the suits… he said he would, but never did… He decided to do nothing…
I would not recommend this place ever again…
