Very Good food and service. Beautiful outdoor patio over looking the golf course. Inside has great pub atmosphere. One of Altamonts best kept secrets! Salads are wonderful and so are the ribs! Prices are reasonable.

Reasonable prices on food and a great view. They have a good selection on the menu but I expect that most people come here from the golf course. They also have functions.
I only had the grilled cheese and fries but we also sampled some of the Octoberfest appetizers and the garlic bread. Half of our group enjoyed their meals and the other half (pulled pork, cuban) weren’t impressed. Another complaint was that when asked about their draughts, I asked if they had any draft cider. The waitress said «Yes, Angry Orchard,» and brought out a bottle. Cider House, can’t understand cider requests? Meh. The rest of the drinks were good and I enjoyed my Angry Orchard still.

I’ve eaten here multiple times over the years and have always enjoyed my meal. I have heard from others that their experiences have been very inconsistent both with service and quality of the food. It’s a beautiful location overlooking the practice green of the golf course. Outside seating is available. I ate here most recently a couple of days ago for lunch after playing 9 holes. My friend and I were the first lunch arrivals but it still seemed to take quite awhile to get our meal. Didn’t really matter as we were not in any kind of a hurry and it was a beautiful day. The service was a bit quirky. Our server just seemed to lack any formality. He wasn’t rude, but just kind of abrupt and not very social. I had a buffalo chicken wrap with homemade Saratoga chips that was quite good. My friend had a Cuban sandwich with fries and had no complaints. I’ll definitely be back.
